It came safely packed, it was really easy to install, and wonderful to use. My only quelm, which is very minor, is that the cover for the remote is a bit loose and constantly wants to come off.

At times depending on the channel the picture isn’t as bright. I still would recommend but I would advise you to get the protection plan also.

Love my Insignia!

The color is really good and it’s HD. I like how thin the TV is and how the sound system is great. Hopefully this TV lasts at least 5 years. Overall I am happy with this purchase.
