Great tv and price Really good quality would definitely recommend

Bought for our daughter in her new apartment and she loves it. Has all the apps you need and can even stream live TV stations that can be accessed through out satellite provider. Have purchased several of the Best Buy Insignia products over the years and Impressed time and time again.

Purchased this TV as an exchange for a pPioneer TV that I bought on a mega sale. Unfortunately my UPS driver must either hate BestBuy, Pioneer or me.. because the TV was delivered completely destroyed, as if he had tied it up and dragged it behind his truck the whole way to my house.. Either way the insignia I exchanged it for was not an even trade so I ended up having to pay 50 bucks more and take a hit on the quality because pioneer would have had the better specs in comparison. When I’m watching a show on this TV, the black areas lag? I don’t know how to explain it, but it is very strange and is annoying. Best Buy actually had to come out and change out my motherboard because 90% of the time, when I went to turn it on, nothing would happen. Just a black screen. Geeksquad really came through regarding the warranty repair of the TV and I’m completely grateful for the tech that did his job and did it perfectly. The tv now works great, tbh I’m not sure if replacing the motherboard fixed the lag / refresh issue.. I haven’t thought to check until I started writing this review lol. But that means I haven’t noticed it so it must have been an issue that was also resolved during the repair. So that’s cool! All in all the TV cost me like $250, and even though the pioneer was only $199 on sale, It does what I need it to and was still mad cheap. Hope this helps lolol

Great performance and value. Love that amazon fire tv is built in.

Great for mainly streaming, but a little difficult if you need to access other inputs. I had to teach my parents how to switch to the other imputs and sadly it's not as intuitive as it would seem.

Bought this at the warehouse store on Abeline. The product was great, it exceded my expectations, was missing a couple of screws, but those are easily replaced. was looking to update my last Fire TV and this was perfect. The service was impecable also, they completly took the TV out of the package and made sure it worked and had what I needed.
