I want to say he was so helpful with getting my mother's television exchanged at a store in St. Louis MO. He reached out to a Manager by the name if Tyler at the Brentwood store. Everyone was so helpful I really appreciate the great service my mom and I was shown. Thank You

Insignia Smart Fire TV

I needed a TV in my bedroom so I went with this deal. The only issue with this TV is that when you pause your tv after 15min. it automatically turns off. I called customer support and we went over all these checks and it was determined that my TV was defected. They recommended I return the TV because it should not turn off. I had to box up a 50in TV and return it. Best Buy ordered a new one and I picked up the TV in a week. Unboxed the TV at home AND same issue. It completely turns off after 10-15min of being on paused. I decided to keep it because boxing up a TV and bringing it down to Best Buy with a 2 year old isn't easy.
