I recently cut the cable and was looking for a new tv that was Amazon prime, Netflix and YouTube tv ready. This Insignia 50” fit the bill perfectly and it was a Black Friday special. The picture is as good as I could possibly want, and it seems to have all the features that I need. There is a bit of a learning curve as I was used to the cable box and the “channel/numers remote control” but with a couple of clicks it opens up a whole new world of options. Plus I’m saving over $50 a month. I would definitely recommend.

The screen quality the ease of use does the speakers on this. It is really well manufactured and you know I've never had an insignia TV let alone a Amazon fire TV and it is doing everything that it's supposed to do without problem. The remote is perfect size. It's not too big. It's not too small now. I sound like a woman lol. I shouldn't have said that I'm going to get in trouble but no I'm happy with it

You can not match the price for the size and features of this TV anywhere! Hardest part of setup was remembering my WIFI password... the rest was easy. Highly recommended.

The television was an awesome fit with the right price from Insignia! With the television having the amazon fire tv OS, having a fire stick was not needed. Good visual color, easy to configure and loved the timer on the tv for the kids.

Great tv, just purchase and installed today. Did not give 5 stars bcuz you can’t have a sound bar plugged in and still use tv speakers as could be done with the Samsung this one replaced. I am used to having the option of listening through soundbar or tv speakers without unplugging my speakers. Strange but I’ll just always use the soundbar for regular tv instead of use during sports or movies. Otherwise really nice tv, install was easy. Need a larger tv stand now.

All in all, a great TV, Crystal clear pic. Crisp sound and very user friendly. Also has Amazon Alexa which I am not used to using, but she understands more than my phone's talk to type. It replaced a 2 year old one that cost more to fix than a new one. Best Buy had it an an awesome price, so with all that, what is not to love? I picked this one because it had the stats that I wanted and great ratings from other purchasers. Getting the feet on were indeed the most challenging part, but I found if I put the screw in half the way and unscrewed it before putting the feet on, it helped the screw to catch quicker in the hole when attaching the feet. The set up was simple. It pretty much did it all. The only thing I had to do was to input my wifi password (have that ready before you start). You can't go wrong with this one.

I was looking to get an inexpensive 43” TV on Black Friday to set up as a 2nd screen next to my main TV. I have a 50” Insignia in my kitchen / Dining area but decided to try a TCL after reading a lot of feedback on which one of them might be better, and the general consensus seemed to be that that TCL would be the better choice - but when I set it up next to my Samsung (which is 10 years old an only HD), none of the preprogrammed color options were really even close and for the Standard setting the yellow was to neon, lips were pinkish, and some of the skin tones appeared to have a slight greenish tint. I tried for a few days to adjust the custom settings but could never get them close enough to be satisfied, so I actually went and pulled my Insignia off the kitchen wall and set it up next to the Samsung and the colors were near identical in the Standard setting (but in UHD), so I ordered this 43” version and returned the TCL.

I purchased this television to set up my fire stick so I will not have to use to remotes. The TV is clear, easy to set up, and light weight. I would recommend. BTW the price is amazing

Great size and very clear picture. The Amazon interface is just like my FireStick without the need for buying that accessory. The TV is lightweight and we move it outside to watch weekend sports and then easily back into a guest bedroom.

I bought this as a gift for my aunt. The setup was easy the picture quality is awesome and best of all easy to use. Would definitely purchase again

easy to install, very good image,excellent for games

I've only ever purchased lg and samsung tvs for the name brand and specific models. Needed an extra tv and the sale price on this model was hard to pass up. I must say I've been pretty happy with this tv so far. Looks great, easy to use menus, great value.

I use to get an Amazon stick for all my tvs until I came across this tv with a built in Amazon. I love this fire tv. The picture and sound are excellent quality. Both the remote and tv’s operation is very user friendly. Definitely a tv worth adding to your collection. A very easy setup.
