Had to have a 50" or less tv for the area, this one was the largest one that would fit. Nice picture and works like it should. It has the Firestick built in to it internally. Only had a minor problem with programming, hard to get our tv app and guide set up properly. The first installer used a firestick and plugged it into the tv, later another tech man removed the stick and programmed the tv with the built-in firestick, but had to click a lot of buttons for things. He replaced the plug-in stick and set it up again, but still having to use the tv control to turn off, then switch to the firestick control. Maybe the built-in and external firestick are competing with each other? I think this is more of a technician issue? Maybe not as experienced yet? The tv is good value for the price and looks just like other more expensive tvs we have. So far we are happy with it.

Made this purchase because I had to, the Roku device on my old tv stopped connecting to wifi. BEST decision in my living room history! Great picture, sound is out of this world, and it has every streaming service built in. Easy for me to hook up, get all my streaming apps with my passwords, and a great price. I actually downgraded from a 52" to a "50 but it is an upgrade in my opinion. You cannot go wrong with this brand, it has a lot going for it. Get this tv and toss the old Roku device!!

Outstanding color and clarity for a very reasonable cost!

I love my new Smart TV!!! I am retired and stay home most of the time. The picture is so clear. It is like watching a movie in the theater (except the picture is clearer and I am in the comfort of my own home own home! When the grands and great - grands come to visit there is always entertainment for them!!! It is a lot better because they have a much larger selection to chose from. The price was great. I had satelite service and it was getting increasingly higher. In two and a half month the new TV will pay for itself. "Best Buy - you offer great prices on your products. You have great selections. Your service techs are very nice and well-trained!! Keep up the good works!!

Great tv for a good price! Easy setup and streams easily with my other firestick TV’s. Beautiful 4k picture display. Audio could have more options and settings. Too bad I wasn’t offered AppleTV free for 3 months when I bought mine last month.

This Insignia flat screen is amazing. I’m so pleased with this purchase, delivery and service. I was able to use the remote that came with the Fire TV to access my apps from my prior TV. I no longer need the Firestick from Amazon and was able to return it unused.

Great TV! It is light and was easy to put together and get hooked up. The picture is way better than my old TV, and the price was good.

Had it for about a month as is working pretty great! I before this, I was using, like, a dinky 22 inch screen. It wasn't until I got this thing that I remember I do really enjoy watching TV! It's great to have all the apps natively on the TV and everything looks excellent on it, especially for the price point ($200). It also pairs with my soundbar so I can finally listen to my PS4 games in surrounded sound too. The only downside is that you have to switch off Amazon's data collection and -- once I did -- the next few times I turned the TV back on, it tried to get me to opt back in. Guys, the apps are already collecting my data, I'm sure you can buy it from Disney or Netflix without bothering me about it. Given the time we live in, this is a fairly minor (and unfortunately excepted) quibble. All-in-all, would recommend!

I have had this TV about 4 months and I am still impressed with it. It has a very sharp picture, and the set-up was easy. For the price I could not beat it, and I added the 5-year extended warranty, all for under $300. I have not used the "smart part" as much, but it works as it should. I am unsure about the sound quality as I have mine hooked up to external sound system.
