I ordered it online from Best Buy, they notified me when it was ready, drove over to the local store, checked in, pulled my vehicle up front, an employee was standing there with my tv and loaded it for me, so simple.

Clear picture and everything works fine. Only complaint is the audio quality, which is alright it's just not on par with the high quality video. Pair with a cheap sound bar and it's solid all around.

However, I noticed some lag during gaming sessions, which takes away from the experience if you’re planning to use it for anything fast-paced. The biggest downside for me is the Amazon Fire TV OS—it feels very slow and sluggish when navigating menus or opening apps. Overall, it’s an okay purchase if you just want a decent display, but performance could definitely be better.

Aside from that picture and sound quality I was super impressed. I have a much more expensive tv upstairs and I find myself wanting to use this tv to watch my shows. If it makes it 4 years I’ll be happy
