My girlfriend & I just wanted a simple smart TV that can do three main things: smooth smart interface & OS, Good picture quality, enough ports to add other devices. One of the most unexpected features this TV gave us is amazing sound. Most Smart TV's don't offer the best sound in order to maintain a slim thin profile... But this TV blew our minds when we were testing it. No need for a sound bar or speaker system (unless you're an audiophile). So far, this TV does its job and gave us the best home entertainment for a very low price! worth every penny so far! Long term review & usage TBD.

TV is great for my house it fits my fireplace stand, picture quality is awesome. Definitely would recommend to family and friends. Don’t regret purchasing it. Price was affordable, compared to others that offer same quality.

This is the second large insignia tv we’ve gotten in the last 4 years. One for the living room and one for the bedroom. Excellent TVs and extremely good prices.

Setup was quick and easy. TV physically looks great with a thin bezel around the screen and easy to attach legs for free standing use. Remote is very good both in size and functionality. Buttons are located in the right places and it’s pretty intuitive. Alexa setup to my account was very easy. If you have Prime you have many options in which to view with many at no cost. Sound is very good and there is a Voice Enhancement setting to further help dialogue. Picture is more than adequate for most people. Keep in mind this TV is very reasonably priced and it’s 50 inch with a lot of features. I would defiantly recommend this TV to a friend.

Really good TV!!! I opened it and it looked really smooth! Works perfectly, plugged it in with a Soundbar and works great! No complaints!!

I wanted a larger TV in the bedroom that also offered greater resolution to replace an older 32" FHD LG unit since my aging eyes can't see like they used to. Although I didn't need a "smart TV", this unit became an irresistible option after I saw that it had gone on sale. I bought it concurrently with an extendable wall mount which would allow me to discretely install the Dish Joey unit behind the TV unit as well as properly install and secure the various cable assemblies involved. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I couldn't be more pleased. The picture clarity, color rendition and brightness is awesome, I was easily able to configure the Dish remote to turn it on/off, and it defaults to the selected HDMI input within a few seconds of being powered on after briefly displaying a notification that no network is connected. Note - I can't make a fully qualified commentary on the speaker quality since I feed the optical audio output into a Yamaha sound bar, but I did note while getting everything set up and configured that the sound from the TV's speakers was actually pretty decent! We've had a 55" Insignia in the downstairs great room that's still working and looking great after more than a decade of service of extended daily use, so I'm hopeful that this new unit's excellent initial performance could be an indicator that we'll still be pleased with it quite a few years from now!

The TV is a great buy for the price and has a fantastic picture quality, easy to operate and the best pet is the free items.

I recently purchased the Insignia 50” Class F50 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV, and I’m thrilled with it! For the price (snagged it on sale for around $200), this TV is an absolute steal. Setting it up was a breeze, plugged it in, connected to Wi-Fi, and the Fire TV interface had me streaming Netflix and Prime Video in minutes. The Alexa voice control is super convenient; I love just saying, “Play Stranger Things,” and it’s ready to go! The picture quality is impressive for a budget TV. Colors pop nicely, especially in 4K content, and the HDR makes movies like Marvel films look vibrant. I’ve been binge-watching shows and even tried some light gaming (ps5), and the 60Hz panel handles it smoothly enough for casual use. The built-in speakers are surprisingly clear for dialogue, though I might add a soundbar later for more bass during action scenes. The smart features are a highlight, casting from my phone works flawlessly, and the app selection covers all my streaming needs. It’s perfect for my bedroom setup, and I don’t notice the slightly limited viewing angles since I’m usually watching straight-on. Sure, it’s not a high-end OLED, but for a secondary TV or anyone on a budget, it’s hard to beat. Highly recommend this Insignia to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable smart TV!

Good quality, easy installation, no need for roku.

Our plasma finally bit the dust so time for a replacement. This is our secondary tv so we didn't want to spend an immense amount. Very happy with this smart tv. Picture quality is much better then previous. Remote is ok although it would have been nice if it was lit . Hard to read some of the tiny symbols. Sound quality could be better and, will probably add a soundbar at some point but not bad for most shows. Other than that very happy with it for the price an amazing bargain.

It's working out great! We haven't learned all about the t.v. yet because we don't have Internet or any other services. We just can afford antenna t.v. and it works out well for that.

This TV exceeded my expectations. I needed something quick and inexpensive for a vacation rental (I’ve got an expensive OLED at home), so I took a chance, expecting “cheap”. I didn’t love the picture at first, but googled “best picture settings” with the model number, and after a few tweaks, it’s actually good! Amazing for a TV <$200 delivered next day. FWIW, I’m bypassing the built-in FireTV OS with an Apple TV 4K.

Interface with streaming apps is far superior to the Samsung TV this was replacing. So far, I have been happy with the purchase. All quality has been acceptable.

My Sony TV broke (from Best Buy), and I needed a replacement TV quickly. Fortunately, this was on sale and was delivered very fas,t too. Good picture and easy set up!
