I ordered it online from Best Buy, they notified me when it was ready, drove over to the local store, checked in, pulled my vehicle up front, an employee was standing there with my tv and loaded it for me, so simple.

However, I noticed some lag during gaming sessions, which takes away from the experience if you’re planning to use it for anything fast-paced. The biggest downside for me is the Amazon Fire TV OS—it feels very slow and sluggish when navigating menus or opening apps. Overall, it’s an okay purchase if you just want a decent display, but performance could definitely be better.

It's a replacement for an older 43" fire TV that started to break down (picture started to jitter). It has more feature than I'll ever use. The only problem was an HDMI input from a nearby Digital Video Recorder (DVR) that failed to lock-in when a HDMI splitter was being used. When fed directly from the recorder the picture was perfect. I suspect the HDMI 4-way splitter as the Problem. My hearing is bad so I'm not going to critique the sound.

Cheaper than the other sets at that time, I decided to take a risk and bought it, but kept the box for 2 weeks for possible return. At first, I didn't know how to operate it, but I figured it out, with the little tech knowledge I have at 74. After a few weeks, I learned to love it and I am throwing the box away.
