    For the cost this is a great TV. Absolutely easy to set up (even for this 78 year old)! Picture is great. Sound is adequate. It’s been running without any problems since set up.

    This TV was recommended by a friend of mine who happens to be an employee. His job is to arrange the displays of all the merchandise for sale in the store, so he has a fair amount of hands on experience with all the TVs. This TV has a super clear image- so realistic and clear that it took some getting used to. I love the product and I am very satisfied with my purchase, however, the store’s customer service was lacking put it kindly. I waited by the display of TVs for maybe twenty minutes before a salesperson walked by in a Sony shirt, I asked if she could help me, and she informed me she could T only do Sony appliances. So I had to wander through the store Until finally found someone who wasn’t busy and have them bring the TV to the register. Once that was accomplished, it took only moments to complete the transaction. Easy setup, logged right in to my Amazon Prime Video account and I watching my favorite

    I bought this TV for my wife's office, she does ultrasounds and this TV works great for her ultrasound machine, the patients love the quality picture. I would recommend this TV for the price.
