Best Buy service is awful

The company that Best Buy uses shows that they picked it up from Best Buy, then, 20 minutes later shows that there is a technical difficulties and they cancelled the delivery. I only knew because I checked the tracking number on it. Best Buy has been horrible. I was disconnected from 3 chats but they did confirm that a new on would be delivered on 12/8. There was no confirmation email or new tracking number and it was not delivered. I called back and was told that it was never processed but they confirmed receipt of the request. I asked for a refund which still has. It been processed almost a week later.

Way way way Below average

I bought an open box in excellent condition but everything was missing in the box, only the remote and no screws for the mount, no user's guide .When I went to the store they couldn't help me and 14 day return policy is ridiculous. They lowered the price 18 days after my purchase but I couldn't get a price match. Excellent condition open box is supposed to have everything in the box as original. The picture quality wasn't better than my 10 years old TV that I was replacing at all. Without the instructions on how to use the remote it was very hard to figure out the details on how to use the remote and the TV. #1 Don't buy an open box their ratings doesn't apply $5 savings wasn't worth it. #2 Ho to a store and look at the picture quality before you purchase. #3 If you don't sign up for extended warranty or their version of frequent customer. There's no service and you are left on your own. $4 Folks in the store are not friendly and knowledgeable. Not sure if I am going back .

Okay tv but wouldn’t buy it again

It constantly breaks I had my second one for a month and the fuse broke for sound. Now on my third one I notice from HDMI back to Home Screen the picture doesn’t work but the sound does so u have to rest the HDMI constantly which is a pain. So yea wouldn’t recommend it or buy it again.

Defective TV times 2

I've had one replaced because it arrived damaged. Replaced it at the store with another one and it isn't any better. While watching it goes back to home and you have to enter everything again. Or it freezes and takes forever to reload. The tech who came to look at it said I just bought a cheap tv and that's what is gonna happen. If that's the case I won't ever purchase anything from them again!

This is particularly aggravating during live Tv viewing, esp. sporting events. Additionally, if Roku is your favored streaming platform, this FireTv is not for you. While you can add the Roku app the Roku features are not available.

TV issues
