Was supposed to have someone here today to check it out. They never showed up or let me know they were not going to make it. Had to go to the store because a lady I spoke to was not helpful in any way and was very rude. Now I have to wait another week for another one to be delivered! Best Buy, you need to do better!!!

Originally love the TV and the price, but it routinely cut out when watching Hulu and repeatedly. I returned it for a second of the same thinking that it was a problem with the specific TV but it’s a problem with the model because it happened again. Eventually returned it all together. The folks at Best Buy were very helpful and took it back without issue.

They give you another number to call, hold, hold, hold. It gets to the point that you just want to throw this thing out. It's the principal at this point.

The apps do not integrate well. The fire platform is trash. Amazon is trash. Don’t give them money. Also, Best Buy is terrible and you probably shouldn’t give them money either because they will not help me return this even though I am disabled.

TV's are not the issue, it is the Best Buy inability to make this easy/smooth and trouble free. The hassle has made it a terrible experience.

However the the screen turns off on its own in the middle of the show, it gets stuck and the remote doesn’t work or is very weak. There’s no point of buying the tv, just gets you frustrated.
