    I got this tv as a gift and didn’t open it until after the refund period. Needless to say there was a giant footprint on the screen from the delivery men!

    Color went out i googled it and the average time frame for a led malfunction is 6-8 years... not in my case. And i couldn't return it and get a refund I had to send out for a repair.

    did not receive tv remote with this product. Insignia didn’t help send remote as they promised to do. Best buy also did not help much just thrown policy to return it

    Picture went out a couple of days after purchase, had to return and that was a challenge because of the return policy for televisions

    Tv picture fine my problem is with the bluetooth. Tried adding headphones and it would not connect to them.

    TV shuts off on its own

    The TV shuts off after about 5 minutes of watching. I verified the "sleep timer" and power settings. I can't find the cause. The next set is call Insignia tech support or replace TV

    Stay away from this TV, it was just a bedroom TV and didn’t even make 20 days and unfortunately Best Buy only refunds up to 15 days but they did give me a store credit.

    Buffer all the time and wouldn't load steaming services. We tried everything even use an cable still buffer. But we have a 43in in a different room and it works fine.

    The Smart TV is great. It's a lot bigger than I thought it would be. It's light weight and thin. For the price, I regret not buying a second one.
