Was skeptical about purchasing this TV due to the low price. Have had it now about a week and it has been mostly great. However there are issues with the airplay screen mirroring. Need to reboot the tv to get it to show up as a cast device. Also my biggest concern is the panel itself. Very low quality. There is very bad washout on the blacks. A full black screen appears like a bunch of clouds. Not impressed.

Tv came damaged. Overall quality from what I can see without damage looked decent. Somewhat limited on features depending on what you’re looking to do. If you have an iPhone you cannot screen mirror your phone to the tv and the tv does not support the spectrum tv app.

The screen came damaged and i cant even use the remote to move from this screen where you select the language. Took over a week to come i was so excited. So disaapointed. Sure i can return it but thats a hassle who knows if the next one will even be good and how long it wil take to ship

The screen looks off when it comes to colors and definition. I also had my free echo dot cancelled. I thought it was delivered with tv.

I was very excited when I went to the store looking for this TV, I have spent hours and hours trying to configure the remote but it has been impossible, I already called the flagship customer service and they tell me the same procedures that everyone already knows and has It has been all disappointing, the last option they give me is to go to the warehouse and change my item, but by God! It is a 50 "tv! I have to invest time again in disassembling it from the wall, placing it in its box and taking it back for the change and I hope to have luck that the next tv is well configured, terrible all this, a waste of time

Steer clear of this one. I took an absolute gamble with this one because of the low price. Came out of the box with stripes on the display. Will be using it until i can get another. Insignia needs some better quality and control
