First one arrived broken and after 2 days and talking with 7 or 8 people i was able to get a replacement and have the broken one returned. It works well with a nice picture and sound. It was a gift for someone who does not stream at all and what is very hard to find is how exactly a cable user can still use cable with a smart tv. That required a cable box upgrade. Minus the headaches of receiving a broken tv and box upgrade the product is exactly as advertised.

Purchased this tv to bring out to my patio to watch shows at night or football games. It’s price to quality is actually great. It should be obvious but don’t buy this tv if you’re looking to start building a home theatre system. It has its flaws. But for an occasional use tv to stream shows and watch live stream games it is a seriously great bargain and surprisingly good quality for the price. I should also note that the tv sound on it own is pretty good, and that’s even for watching outside with ambient noise.

Please note there is a difference between Crystal UHD and Quantum Dot QLED. This TV is a great price for any movie lover and is a good size. I however returned mine for a 65" Samsung Crystal LED which was about twice as much, but extremely sharper picture quality. For anyone on a budget with a smaller TV set looking to upgrade, this is an overall great purchase and I would recommend it.

Upgrade from a 10 yr old LED TV so of course it feels very advanced. Overall good sound and picture, although we did invest in an additional Sound Bar. One strange thing occasionally with the tuner - it will show that I am on one channel (say NBC) but it displays the programming from another channel (say ABC). I have to change channel and go back and then it works correctly again. For the price, this is a good choice.

The Quality of the image looks great, Currently using this Tv in my daughters room. price is great quality is great.

Great picture clarity, sound and easy to change from streaming to cable

Overall the picture quality is great, and the tv is easy to use. My only issue is with the image not filling the screen. I paid for 50 inches, I’d like to have the screen full 50 inches. There is a border on top and bottom, approx 2 inches each. There is no aspect ratio in my remote or accessible within any menu on the tv. I talked with in store geek squad and they had no idea. Overall as I said, I like the tv, but this part is annoying.

Love this Insignia. My last one was a 43” 4k UHD Roku and and have been very happy with it. So much better detail on this one. Very easy to set up

The tv is honestly really nice. The picture is beautiful & movies look amazing. The only down side I’ve noticed so far tho is that it freezes quite often. Not sure what’s causing it or how to make it stop but it’s a bit annoying when it happens. It’s not the wifi, it only does it when I use the apps on the tv. It works fine with a separate streaming device, but why have a smart tv if you still have to use a separate device? Lol hopefully an update can fix it cause it’s really a nice tv.

Great picture and sound, Easy set up and Looks good and the price was right. Had to adjust brightness come set at 100.

Terrific picture and a great price. Very easy to setup, it does most of the work for you. Have only had it for a few weeks so we will see if how it goes.
