NEEDS A BETTER MANUAL HAD TO GO BACK TO STORE TO GET HDMI CABLE . THE OPERATING SYSTEM WHEN ON THE DIGITAL ANTENNA VERY HARD TO SEE AND USE . NOW THIS IS MY FIRST SMART TV SO MAYBE I'M HARSH DON'T KNOW .

Bought this tv for a friend and helped her set it up. Seems to work well whenever I visit. Plays movies that have been upgraded for better graphics well. All in all it was a good purchase.

Roku doesn't connect to internet and the internet comp.at&t has tested there signal is great the brand has trouble w/ coneting sad

Great resolution and sound. But sometimes you have to turn it up almost all the way in order for it to be loud. If you dont care about quality then its a great cheap buy.

Was great TV . Started getn black lines in it within 2 years tho. Had to get different one. Warranty was for one year. Go figure.

OK tv, not a fan of the remote control, they should have made it like a regular remote with numbers and such

While I knew this was a decent tv I ended up returning it and using my other brand tv with a fire stick instead. The colors just didn’t compare.

Bought this TV for my son who needed help setting it up. Customer service was very rude using foul language. No employer should tolerate this kind of action.

T.v. has a great picture but the speaker blew out the first day we used it and it was only set to 35

I had this tv as a black friday deal and well i was very excited about it cuz you know having a huge tv to play games or watch netflix it's a good reason however now that i've been using it i really don't like the way it sounds. when volume is around 30 which represents 30% of total volume you can hear a bad sound at the back. i can give a two star cuz it's defined as fair and it was a fair deal but i rather spend more bucks on a better one.

I had the TV for about 6 months and then my 5yr old son decided to put a bucket through the screen. On accident of course.

I would have to say just average, wouldn't recommend this one. Stick to Samsung, LG, Vizio, and so on

Loved this, great picture, easy set up, great for our rec room!

For the price, it's not a bad TV. We had to put a speaker and sometimes the picture looks bland but great with Blu-ray movies.

In 5 months, we have had two remotes stop working, and now the eye sensor is out on the tv too! The TV will not function without a remote, as there are no buttons on it. I have never experienced such huge issues with a large purchase. This is unacceptable!!!

I bought this for my man cave and it keeps doing the popping or crackling of death. Bestbuy took good care of us by replacing it but it's doing it again. It started the first time we plugged the 1st one and the 2nd one in. After research I found that this brand of tv seems to have this problem commonly. When it's on though it's great it just keeps shutting off on it's own and turning back on on it's own.

This tv causes too much frustration due to its problems with constantly losing the internet connection and television features that work one moment and don't the next. Pros: size of tv and roku is built in Cons: 1. Keeps losing the internet connection although everything else in home stays connected. (This is a common problem according to internet searches) 2. Keeps losing certain features, such as the ability to pause a cable show. 3. Volume keeps changing while watching a show (when not intended to do so) 4. No number pad on remote control to choose a channel. 5. Certain features do not work as well as they do on the plug in roku device. 6: Cannot display cable tv shows at full screen unless you stretch the picture out of proportion.

The TV is average. It's a Ultra HD4K tv I was expecting better picture quality but I guess you get what you pay for.

I expected more from a 4K uhd tv. The picture quality is not that great compared to a regular smart tv.

It’s a good tv for the price. Had to purchase a sound bar because the sound is garbage.
