4k tv for an AMAZING Price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great tv, basically a sony or samsung 4k but without paying for the brand name. Great for cinematic experiences.

Love it so far!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My disclaimer is that I have only had this TV for two weeks, but so far have loved it. It met all my needs (had to have Roku and internet inputs). This TV has handled the streaming of games that I watch and it never struggled to stream. I would recommend this TV and have been very pleased by this TV. Only con I had was that the stand was too far away for my TV stand which is my problem. I was able to find a universal TV stand fit the TV and my TV stand. Love it.

No picture but everything else is OK
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. At 4 years old, the content picture has gone out. We have sound. We have the Roku channels display, we have closed caption display. But no program picture. Never fear. I have Geek Squad protection! And they'll come and "look at the issue" - in 10 days. Yup. Quick response, huh?

If It Would Stay On, It Would Be 5 Stars
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do you mind your tv restarting around 6 times a day when you're watching a movie or playing a video game? If not, then this is a good choice, if you do mind, do not get this tv. The picture quality is great, but it's not worth it. I don't even NEED the Internet component of this TV anymore since I use my Playstation 4, but the TV reboots anyways because of some sort of "router issue" that Insignia's tech support are less than helpful with. Funny enough, I have the fastest fiber Internet that AT&T offers and a great router, so I guess the TV is looking for a perfect router, which no one will have, and because the connection is not perfect, it just restarts. Doesn't give you an "internet connection lost" message or any warning. Just restarts, and this is not like an ordinary tv, the restart time is almost a full minute which is slower when you're waiting to watch the rest of your movie. There is also no way to turn that "feature" off (feature meaning the restarting unless the connection is perfect). Insignia tech support merely says "well the tv was made for the Internet," and gives no viable solutions to customers. I would buy a different brand and I would not get ANYTHING with Roku built in. I think part of the problem is that component, but Insignia's awful support makes me not want to buy Insignia ever again too.

Questionable sound
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Picture is very good. Sound requires to be at least at a 80 to 100 percent level to hear well. Talked to salesman at store and he said that it's to be expected for TVs because manufacturers cut sound quality to lower cost. Salesman recommended buying a sound bar. Hmmmm???

WOW!!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This TV has got one of the best screens for a 4k TV. I love all the roku content and all the free movies and tv content that this tv provides. Did I mention free? For the price, this TV is so worth getting!

Great picture, mediocre audio
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the quality of the picture and the ease of using the smart features and streaming. However, the audio is very limited. There’s no way to adjust the audio. Watching live sports is disappointing because the ambient noise frowns out any commentary. Wish there was a way to use an equalizer to adjust.

Crappy Sound
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Crappy sound,Can't hear @100 push any remote button multiple times and it goes to RDIO app that is no longer available (and cant be removed) or wants to exit. They want people to buy Roku blue-tooth speakers that are $150 to $200. TV won't blue-tooth to any other speakers unless you do Roku speakers first. Also was under the impression that it had a talking remote with it.Roku requires a subscription. TV has a great picture in high def.

Don't buy! Won't connect to internet
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This tv won't connect to the internet. I tried all of the troubleshooting steps online and called Insignia and they just said too bad it doesn't work you'll have to return it. I called Best Buy and asked if I bought a different one and had them deliver would they take this one back as a return but they can't take the old one back. So now I have to repackage and drag back to store to return it myself. Save yourself the hassle and don't buy this tv

Do Not Recommend - Stop Buying Insignia Products!!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I haven’t had this TV for more than 3 or so years and the picture went out for absolutely no reason (i.e., the screen is showing nothing but bouncing multicolored vertical). It’s never been dropped or otherwise shown signs of problems. I purchased it brand new when I moved into my current home and it’s been in the same location in the living room since then. It’s crazy that such a modern, “great quality” TV can’t last more than 3 years. Best Buy’s Insignia branded electronics are often cheaper but clearly are NOT good quality. SMH, I guess it’s true - you get what you pay for. So disappointed - I won’t be buying Insignia TVs much less electronics in the future!

Make sure you have stand wider then 4 foot
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought this tv to replace smaller 1080p Insignia tv in our bed room that still works great and we have been very happy with. When we got home and went to set this new Tv it up however we found that instead of the normal center stand like most TV and computer monitors have had for 10 years, they chose to put two skinny little legs on opposite ends of the tv. For the 3 foot wide dresser we have our tv on this is a HUGE problem since the legs are around 42" apart... even if our dresser were 4 feet wide (48"), I wouldn't trust those legs being within 3 inches of either side... one little bump and off the side it goes! Not sure Why On Earth Insignia would spread the legs out so extremely far, it is absolutely ridiculous. -Especially when such a tried and true center mount works so well. Sadly it is getting returned tomorrow.

Received defective TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV would turn on, but there wasn't a picture. Spoke to Geek Squad and they offered to send a replacement, however, they will only send it Standard even though my original shipment was 2 day shipping, and I cannot return it at the store. Absolutely ridiculous that I will not have a working TV for two weeks!

Insignia Horrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tv lasted about 2 years. If i would have known insignia was cheaply built i would have never even considered it. But you know you get what you paid for. Isignia is not it

Real Lemon
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound goes out some times and then some times it screams ! Plus the pictured is over size and you can adjust it but when you turn it off and back on it reverts back to oversize and sometimes it just shuts itself off . 1 year old and I'm ready to toss it.
