    Very happy with my purchase while the tv lasted. It's fresh out of warranty and this morning a black thin line magically appeared on the screen, how convenient!. It has never been misused or mishandled. I won't even bother contacting best buy since I just found out on the parts website that the panel costs more than the tv itself. Never buying an Insignia product again. Very dissapointed I just lasted one year.

    I just spent over 300 $ for this TV. Waited a week for it. And then it shows up shattered. Completely disappointed.

    I've seen several reviews about Insignia being reliable. My TV lasted less than 2 years! No misuse or physical damage. I turned it off one night, and the next morning the screen looked like a rainbow. Exactly two months after the protection plan ended. Best Buy won't even look at it! I wish I could give it less than 1 star because there have been small issues all along like disconnecting from the internet, volume dropping and rising on its own, but all manageable until today. I will never buy an Insignia (Best Buy) product again!

    I bought this TV 2 years ago from today. A tv shouldn't go off in 2 years. Screen is gone. I have all best way to fix it from google and youtube, I couldn't fix it. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this for two years.

    Please do not buy this TV. My decision to purchase this TV was a big mistake. It seemed to have great features for the price and at first it worked great and picture was fantastic, but after 3 weeks the picture went out WHILE I was watching the FSU vs Alabama football game. When I say it went out I mean first it become blurry and then shaky and showing double images of everything. I called Geek Squad the next day and after waited nearly two weeks for them to ship parts to my house and schedule and reschedule appointments. Of course, hurricane Irma had some effect on scheduling, but still the end result is that I've paid over $500 for a TV and two years of Geek Squad coverage, not to mention taking a day off work to wait on the Geek Squad all for a TV that has not even worked a month.... Now they tell me, after attempting to repair it that I have to wait even longer for the manufacturer to contact me about a replacement, instead of just going ahead and exchanging the lemon they sold me for one that works. I do not recommend this TV and I am losing hope that Best Buy or Geek Squad actually cares about helping me.

    only worked 2 years, but during it operation this tv presented several failures on internet connection, some times turned off by it self, sound was very poor. I will find a better brand

    I purchased TV during Black Friday, my target TV was out. Reviewed the 4 and half stars so I bought it. This year's BFriDay was horrible. Took it, upon set up I see a yellow,purple line on the rt side screen. The remote was small and unsuitable for the amount of settings the TV should have, Aggravating.. However, it just shut down . Never got it to work. Not worth the aggravation. I Took a shot on Insignia because of all the features and stars on best buy site but they need restart WITH a good product and build From there. Insignia Get it together and make an effort to build a good product

    TV isn't even 3 years old and the backlight just went out. Powered TV on, looked as if it turned off. After unplugging and plugging back in, noticed the light was showing it was powered on. Noticed I could see images very faintly on screen as if the brightness was all the way down. I attempted to change that but it didn't work, after some research it's the backlight on the TV. I've had a Samsung TV for almost 9 years now and I've had no issues with that TV.

    Purchased a 2yr protection plan, now the TV out of warranty and Geek squad only response is to purchase a new TV. I have been an excellent customer however I will never purchase from Best Buy again. TV's should last more than 2.5 years. CS was of no help and I will take every opportunity to express my displeasure about the service and quality of this TV. Due to COVID no one can come to my home to service this set. I will also write a letter to your head office.

    Unsatisfied because ive only had this product for three years and it stayed in the same spot the whole time, and now it just goes out for no reason. i was told the protection plan i bought would be covering it the whole time but now im told im basicallly screwed. not buying this brand again!!!

    I bought this for my man cave and it keeps doing the popping or crackling of death. Bestbuy took good care of us by replacing it but it's doing it again. It started the first time we plugged the 1st one and the 2nd one in. After research I found that this brand of tv seems to have this problem commonly. When it's on though it's great it just keeps shutting off on it's own and turning back on on it's own.

    I guess you get what you pay for. TV lost picture 2 years and 3 months later. Warranty was good for 2 years. It was very disappointing because I have other TVs that last for years. I will never buy this brand again. It’s trash.

    After 6 months this TV picture panel went out. Our warning was two weeks prior a thin line appeared across the screen. The in a matter of watching the news multipal lines flashing screen at round lines then no picture. Stay away!

    By second day volume did start failing going on and off than did work for 2 day yesterday volume went off on all channels,I am waiting for weekend to return it to Best Bay store,

    The TV would constantly turn pink or not show anything. The only fix was to do a factory reset, which we had to do often, and we would have to go through the entire setup process again each time. We bought it in Aug 2017, and it is now Mar 2020. The TV just died. There was an audible pop, and smoke rose from the TV. There is now no picture.

    A couple of months after purchase the audio started sounding staticky, we had a soundbar which fix the issue. Many months later I decided to write this review because the audio completely shuts off and comes back on minutes or hours later. Although I disconnected the soundbar. I should have done something about it in the first weeks of noticing an issue but slacked it.

    I purchased this product on Black Friday weekend, and got it at a pretty good price I thought. Unfortunately, 1 week in, the screen decides to just go black randomly and only plays the sound. I then have to turn the tv off and back on to get the picture working. The picture will only work for 30 seconds to a minute and then will go black again. Factory reset worked for about 24 hours before the issue began occuring again.

    We used this TV for less than a year and one day it didn't turned on. we've trying to get the warranty but the technical support from the store has not been able to fix it, we've been waiting more than 3 months. Get the geek squad protection if you get this product, because the warranty from the manufacturer is not that good.

    Would not be able to recommend this TV. When we went too set up the TV we were led to a page that told us we needed to wait for a phone call from a Roku representative. We were later contacted from a 1 866 # and were told we would have to ante up a minimum $99. fee in order to proceed to have the TV set up. So, we returned this TV.
