Great picture and easy to maneuver around home screen

I purchased this tv because I wanted an amazon smart tv and this was largest size I could get that fit my space. Overall I am pleased with it -- it is easy to use. A few times it has frozen up but I just unplug and reboot it and it has been fine. Overall a decent tv for the price I paid.

We only use this TV for the weekends so we didn't want to invest too much but we were pleasantly surprised at the picture quality and high tech smart TV features that this TV delivers for what we felt was a very reasonable price. We like it so much we might buy one for our primary residence.

I upgraded the TV size, this Tv is nice for the price

This tv is great specially for the price. I purchased one fir my son on Christmas and loved it so much, I purchased a second one for my daughter on her birthday to upgrade her tv. It comes with voice remote and can be used with Alexa. It’s thin and sleek and great HD quality.

Absolutely love this TV. Picked it up to replace one of our older TVs just because the price was great. But now I love everything about it. The remote is easy to use and it looks great watching shows or when playing on my BFV Xbox one X.

Really nice starter 4K TV, and I like this Fire TV version over the Roku version, and Alexa is a bonus! My rating takes into account that this TV can’t compete with OLED or QLED, so it’s 5 stars compared to TVs out there with similar specs.

I love, love, love my Insignia Fire TV. The picture and sound quality are amazing. The features are phenomenal. I love it so much that I’m ordering a larger version for my family room.

My retired father uses this for his garage. It was his first smart TV. He loves that he can talk to the remote and he now watches YouTube for the first time in his life. It doesn't get used everyday but has held up sitting in a Wisconsin garage with varying temperatures.

Overall good quality smart tv. Easy to assemble and access other smart tv apps to connect device to the Internet. One problem I been having is slow connectivity or at times the tv will skip ahead. Not sure if this is a connectivity issue or not. Picture is 4K quality, Everything else is working out fine and up to standards.

We looked at several different TVs and ended getting this one after talking to a store associate. So glad we did! The TV was super easy to set up, the picture is great, and the price was fantastic! The sound is pretty good, but I'd recommend a sound bar if you want great sound.

Our family enjoys this television set. It is fully equipped as a smart tv. Great buy for the bucks. However, Best Buy Shipped our package to the wrong address, even after we called to change it 2 days in advance. Best Buy Call Center Customer Service is Rated Very Poor. Bummer!!

It has very sharp, clean images, and is easy to set up.

Great TV even better price. At first for a while my sound and picture would not match a couple times but it’s stopped short you after. I enjoy the “built in” fire stick. I normal buy Samsung TVs and this hangs in there with them.

I am not a techy by any means. But I was able to set up this very large TV, get all the special channels and set up the remote in very little time. The picture is incredible, and the sound is perfect. I highly recommend it if you want that big screen experience.

I was very satisfied with this TV. The picture was good. Easy to set up. Easy to use apps. Bought this TV in May 2019. I started having an issue a few months ago where the screen would just go black. Audio still worked. Happened 2-3 times sporadically. Unplugged the TV restarted it and picture came back. Until last week when pic did not return. Fortunately, I bought the warranty because I was 4 months over the 1 year manufacturers warranty. Tech came by today and confirmed backlight was dead. Now I have to wait a few more days to hear from Best Buy to okay a store credit so that I can get a new TV. Overall, disappointed with quality.

On this TV, the picture quality and slim design really fits into my space. Sounds great, the clarity of sound really brings it home. for watching a variety of action and children's movies. It's so smart, it works with the rest of the tech easily.

So far, so really good. Decided to try Best Buy's own Insignia Brand, as it is equally comparable to similar name brands. This Fire TV addition was easy to setup and get started (cutting the cable finally!) - and the Alexa voice control is a great addition. Great value and quality for the price!
