The mount is not included in the price. A third party was able to sell us one on the day of installation and informed us this was an issue with several customers that purchase in the in-home installation.

However, if you just need a simple bread and butter 4K TV with no frills, this is a great selection. The speakers are tinny, but honestly, if you want good sound from a TV, connect this to a good quality sound bar or home theater system.

Voice activation is a cool feature except if you’ve got a kids name or pet named Alexa. But otherwise super cool features and a great new edition to our home! And of course the price and quality couldn’t be matched anywhere!

Picture is sharp and the sound is clear.

When I try to switch the channel the TV doesn't respond for several minutes unless I turn it off and restart it. I don't know if this is because of our servicer (Spectrum) or some other reason. Any suggestions?
