I spent hours with tech support for Netlfix and ultimately the Insignia people to rest the TV multiple times before it began to operate properly. The sound is good and the menus change quickly. On pause it tends to shut down too quickly for my likes but overall would recommend.

I bought this as a satisfactory condition during quarantine and I was a little worried about the condition, but it’s really a great product. The screen is so sharp and it connects well to the internet.

Purchased because the price was great and the reviews were all good. Customers should be aware that this smart tv does not have the Xfinity app. Separate equipment is required to access the Xfinity streaming app. Otherwise we are very pleased with the tv.

Picture quality 3.5 out of 5 if your big on that part. Cheap and affordable, worth the money.I have this tv in the living room. I also have a 32” and a 43” they do what they are supposed to do. It’s not an extravagant t. But I’m a happy camper.

This TV is great. Perfect for my room. Only complaint is size is not accurate. I paid for 50 inches, it was packaged and labeled as 50 inches but when I measured it, it was 45 inches. Not a huge deal to me but size accuracy might be important to others.

I love this TV but it randomly increases the volume (really loud) of certain commercials. It’s the most bizarre thing. I don’t know if it’s because I’m using a streaming service instead of actual cable but it’s annoying, especially at night.

Really loved the TV until it stopped working after 2 months. There isn't an option to call Insignia tech support so hopefully the email contact option will yield satisfactory results.

Me and my family have the BEST family nights watching our favorite shows on this wonderful TV! The reps at Best Buy are very knowledgeable as well and my Best Buy points saved me some bucks as well !!! Thank you all so so much....

This smart tv not only allows you to watch some live tv programs, but also many different apps you can go through. Some apps can give me issues with not opening up. It didnt give me issues at first, but just started to.

This was the first item this 86 year old has owned from the 21st century and he's quite impressed with it. I didn't want to have to explain the FireTV STick to him so this being all built-in to the TV is just great.

All my TV is streaming. I think this is why the picture is not as clear and vivid as it was in the store. Because of my internet provider, which isn't the greatest, I am not sure if it the signal or the television.

awesome tv for the price only thing not so hot is I would say a roku smart tv's have better features the fire stick pretty much is movies and internet if you want tv shows i think roku would be a better choice

Overall, pretty good. No issues connecting to wifi but unit had trouble picking up my crappy Hotwire basic cable. Had to factory reset TV then auto scan for channels and it worked fine after that.

Overall the only comp;aomt I have about this television is the volu,e, it rensa ro fo be very loud during some scenes and very low when people are talking,

Great tv for the price. The only negative I’d the remote. The first tv had to be retornes only because the remote did not work only after 3 weeks! So far this one is working...cross your fingers!

Good picture. But have kinda of trouble it going in and out of Internet. Never had this problem with any of my other TVs. But overall quality pretty good.

Pretty good TV. I haven’t had any issues other than having to unplug the TV on two occasions as it would not turn on. No biggie because I have had it over a year now.

This is a really good tv, but the connectivity could be better. After a few shows/episodes I have to restart the tv, otherwise it won’t load the shows correctly or play them without lagging.

It is best buys brand. If something happens, HELLO, no need to send parts to another country, or waiting for to them arrive. Where you bought your tv, they have their own GEEK squad.

This is a nice tv, not great, but nice. It is lacking in some of it's features such as frame rate & other items, but you cannot be too picky when you look at the cost of the tv.
