The remote just won’t work sometimes if you press the buttons and the tv will turn on and off by itself. When you increase the volume it’s not very loud compared to other TVs I’ve owned.

The remote is bluetooth and also seeems unresponsive. I have changed the batteries twice now, and have only had this a few months. I use Youtube TV, netflix, and Prime, and it is just sluggish switching between apps. I have 300 MB internet and it is hard wired to a very stout firewall, so I dont think it is connection speed.

Took forever to get Best Buy to schedule repair. Repair technician said couldn't fix, part he needed hasn't even been made yet, said Best Buy would contact to exchange TV under 1 yr Manufacturer warranty. Received email from AIG. That's been a while. Still NO NEW TV and NO CONTACT ! Don't waste your time with BEST BUY, go elsewhere! Very frustrating when you can't even get BASIC SERVICES. My son now has a 50" giant paper weight!
