    Tv is awesome if it didn’t have so many glitches. Moments that it turns on it freezes and when I’m watching a show the sound keeps playing but the picture is frozen. After restarting the tv a few times it works fine but I’ve only had it for less than a month.

    I've had this TV for less than a week, and after having it on for so many hours the picture will begin to glitch. I'm not sure why and am really disappointed because other than that I really love this TV. I'm unsure if I should return it or not.

    Multiple nights in the short amount of time I’ve had this and rarely even use it within that I’ve had issues with it and the support team for it just tells me to do a bunch of steps that sometimes solve it, sometimes don’t but luckily usually go away on their own. I shouldn’t have to perform surgery or a song and dance every week with a brand new tv to get it to work (angry face) the circle button on the remote likes to pick and choose when it will stop functioning on certain menus only and sometimes Netflix is the only thing that won’t load but then it’s working just fine on my tv in the living room from a different brand. I’m NOT happy and I don’t recommend this!

    Bought the TV Friday, installed it, updated all apps and TV. Used it for two hours then the remote stopped working, tried relinking the remote, nothing, tried to link a different Alexa remote..nothing...returned it Sunday paid a little more for a Samsung TV.

    A few things I don’t like. The quality is not great, at least compared to my Samsung. And the most annoying part is it’ll turn off if I leave it on pause for like 5 minutes. Have to keep turning it back on

    I've had my tv for less than 3 months. It is running slow, I changed the batteries, rebooted my WiFi. Nothing has has helped. Not too please with the product and would not buy again!

    Problem with the control. Only used it two days and it does not works. Only will turn on and off but can’t move the channels or any other buttons.

    Bought this buy had to return it immediately as the led screen was flawed (a small white strip in the panel). Sad as the product is reasonably priced.
