    Nice tv but a little complicated to use. Not very user friendly if you have satellite or cable service.

    Purchase 50"tv it stop work exactly a year after i bought it.. I has a factory warranty on it only for technician to asked me for a receipt. Which i dont him I didnot get a receipt but the receipt is on my best buy account. He can just check it out... I am so disappointed i have been buying stuff best buy for years now...

    I believe a TV should last at least 4 years, this one lasted 2 years. Also the remote that came with it didnt work and had to be replaced by company which took awhile.

    Stopped working completely after like 3 weeks and have to go through manufacturer warranty making the process to get it fixed longer than I’ve had it working so, it Sucks imo.

    I took the remote back and they did not have any extra. So i am currently using the remote from my tv in the living room. Thankfully they are the same tv but its an older version so we don’t get the benefits of the new one like voice command.

    I would not purchase this TV again if I had the option. I took the 1st one back because of lines running through the images. I thought the 2nd set was okay, but now the same thing is happening.

    Died after a few weeks and have spent a week so far trying to replace it. Now I have to go rounds with manufacturers. Should have went to WalMart !!

    Great tv, but the sound de-syncs after a month

    As the summary says, the TV itself is great. But after a month of use the sound de-syncs on multiple apps and makes it basically impossible to watch. As far as I have been able to determine there is no method to correct this. *if there is a method, and it works for longer than a month I will amend this review.

    The TV is ok for it takes an Ethernet cord for the fireTV to work. Regardless if they say you can connect to the internet wirelessly.

    Horrible, I would not suggest buying thos TV. It has broken and will not connect to my 5G wifi anymore after having the TV less than a year and a half. I've done factory reset or steps that insignia support suggested and still doesn't work. It's now basically just a monitor

    I loved my tv when I first got it. I bought 7 months ago and now it’s messing up. It has green glitching and this is just frustrating when you spend a good amount of money on a tv. I would not buy again.

    Picture is not good cheap tv and remote only had it for less than 30 days and all ready having issues did not want to buy it but it was the only one in stock due to covid 19 Not happy at all with this brand
