    Thought this was going to be great purchase, but it only lasted 6 months. We have no dogs or kids to bump into it. Best Buy took it back and refunded money for item and for extended warranty.

    The image wasn’t really good , and it was working way too slow with the internet, I have other smart tv same grand and never had issues , this one was really giving me a headache, I decided to return it !

    Terrible experience at best buy overall. Came bubble wrapped not reset with no remote and the storie itself did not sell the remote compatible with the tv. The manager was condescending and rude

    Wifi worked for a few days then completely stopped. Won't recognize any other wifi networks although all of my other devices do. TV is now completely useless. Would avoid Insignia.

    TV was great for 1.5 years. Now 3/4 of the apps won’t work on the tv. Many google search and Reddit posts later we see this is a common theme.

    Ordered microwave, after 1 month and 3 scheduled appointments to install ....no one ever showed up! Last 2 no one ever even called, I had to call them! Finally just cancelled!!

    Be careful with this Fire tv. As soon as I put my internet info in, i got 1000’s of emails and identiy theft started. Had to change all emails and passwords for all accounts.

    Once I took everything out and connected it the internal screen was cracked badly. Seeing it in the store was great but I don’t have a personal experience
