    I absolutely love my Insignia Fire TV. I only have to use 1 remote and it listens to me, unlike my kids. The picture is sharp & clear, the sound is great. I couldn't ask for more!

    I bought this on Black Friday (2019) and it is still going strong.... The HD is flawless and works great with wifi and apps... I use the mohu leaf 50 multi-directional antenna instead of local cable. If you have issues with set up go to YouTube and you will find tons of info to help with set up. Or... go to the store and they will walk you thru the set up... Best Buy is ALWAYS eager to help anytime... I don't understand why people have to leave bad reviews when it is human error not the product. AWESOME product at a great price!

    I recently gave a 1 star because 4 months after purchasing, it kept kicking out of wifi. Reset router and it fixed the problem. My bad. Upgraded rating to 4 stars, because while it was an external fix, this tv was the only one of 5 on the network to have this problem.

    Can't login to apps available via cable subscripti

    This TV has a nice picture, doesn't sound too bad but I can't log in to my apps with my cable company subscription. Tried support from Insignia and Amazon and no help. Restarted and reset to factory defaults. Must be a software issue. My Fire stick plugged in to my Non smart Samsung works better with no glitches logging in to apps. Wasted a lot of time on this and it's going back.

    Prob worst TV I've owned so far!

    I'll start with the interface. Everything is laggy and the TV constantly drops wifi or freezes. The sound on the TV is the worst thing about it. Any low levels are a joke, I can't hear dialogue well, but music in the background blasts over talking in any movie. I have to constantly have the remote to adjust the volume so I can hear. It never picks up my hard drive so I use a PlayStation to plug into for movies on hard drives. Finally, the options for video and sound tweaks are non existent or sad.

    As the countless other purchasers of this product have experienced, I too ran into the same fate…turned on my tv over and over and over to no avail. The status indicator light seemed to indicate the tv was on and if you flash a light you can make out that it is indeed on but the backlight or whatever makes the screen light up failed all of a sudden 2.5 years after purchase.

    At least once per day we need to unplug the tv form the wall outlet to get the remote to work . Will be returning it . What a Hassle !
