The tv is better than expected thinking that 4k is lower quality than 8k and frankly could not tell the difference. I recommend this tv to the budget-minded people who like to watch tv as an event instead of a way to babysit their children.

This was the best purchase I have ever done! This TV is ultra 4k HD which makes a remarkable difference. It is also large enough for a small apartment. I highly recommend it. It also comes at a great price.

When I got this TV I was stoked, my first Smart TV. I loved not having to turn on a console to watch what I want, and being able to control it with my Alexa. Last week, and again today, some green bars took up the corner of the screen and glitched around. Turning it off and back on fixed it, but its a shame that this is happening. We haven't even moved the TV since installing it. I'm past the return date, so I can't do much about it and its infuriating. If it weren't for this, I'd have given it 5 stars. I really hope someone sees this, and I pray no one else has this issue. I should have taken a picture, I want aware you could out photos on this review.

Bought this TV To display work that has been done by our company at our office! Easy to use, amazon photos is a dream to work with, and mounted easy! Nice benefit of having Amazon TV built in!

Only had the TV a few days, but it has awesome picture and great sound. I like the Alexa remote very much.

I definitely love this smart tv. We have two others that I believe are the same brand and the basic features are similar... however this tv has different apps available for it. Really enjoy comparing the differences.

PurchaseD as a Father’s Day gift for my dad! He loves the smart TV and amazon fire features built in. One thing is that there is an extra step to switch between cable and amazon fire features but really no big deal

It took me three weeks to get my TV, because whoever is over the tech department and texting me the wrong information got it sent back. But so far so good and I had some issues with the remote. All in all things are good .

I purchased this TV to replace one that I had for 6 years. So far I love the different apps. If I ever get rid of my cable I have lots of option to watch shows.

Easy to set up. Picture is super clear. Was a bit hesitant about the brand,after about a month of having it its great and actually will be going back to purchase an ore tv same brand for my parents too.

Hello, just to say that this Smart TV, is very easy to use and has much options, my wife loves the smart remort control because she can ask Alexa for many options through her voice, very happy with this TV

It is no secret that 2020 is a rough year financially so when you have to get a new TV you want the best bang for your buck. Well this is it, especially if you use Alexa for things around the house.

We use these for commercial displays, they do well, load smoothly and deal with well let areas well, Can't speak to teh Smart TV Features as we just use them in Game Mode with a HDMI Source chosen.

Great picture and the sound is incredible. We didn’t need another TV but could not beat the price. We gave our son our other television for his new house which was a 1080 46 inch television.

A couple of issues. Visible horizontal "ghost" bands on the screen regardless of input, channel, whatever. Not stark, but annoying. Once in a while, the screen appears all in pink, and we need to turn everything off, then back on again. Also, apparently at random, sometimes the controls are frozen, unresponsive, and we need to select "Alexa" then unselect it, in order to gain control. Otherwise, the color is good, controls are straightforward and programming is accessible. If we can get help fixing the ghost bands, then I would change this to a 4 stars review.

This tv is great. It has great picture and sound. Love the Alexa ability. Got it on sale and it did not disappoint. Had some picture issues at first but restarted it and it fixed the issue.

Having a tv with the firetv built in is great. Only need 1 remote control and with kids, it's much easier to keep track of that way. For the price, this is a great value.

I got this tv so I wouldn't have to get another fire stick. Its nice that all the apps are built into the tv and comes out of the box ready to go. Besides the normal update that's required.

I have Fire Sticks on my other TV's so when it was time to buy a new TV i bought the Insignia (4 of my 5 TV's are Insignia) 50" 4K UHD Smart TV. No regrets! Picture quality is excellent.
