This is a great battery phone charger. Had the blue Insignia charger but the cable socket broke loose from the circuit board. This charger has more capacity than the blue one and the size is easier to carry around.

This product is so new one can't even find it on the Best Buy website -- I'm glad the salesperson drew it to my attention. It was almost a last-minute decision to get an external battery for my iPhone for an upcoming trip, so I didn't have any time to do any research. Seeing as this was so new on the shelves, I'm not sure research would have done any good, but in retrospect it is still probably what I would have picke anyway.. It charged itself fast (sorry, didn't watch the clock) and recharged the iPhone quite fast too. My biggest surprise is that after crunching the numbers I discovered it can fully recharge my iPhone three times even though the packaging said it had a 2x charge. There was also a model with twice as much capacity, but since it was only slightly less than twice the price I figured that I ever needed that much more it would be in fact convenient to buy another one -- two of the smaller ones feel like they'd take up less space than one bigger one. Nice feel, compact size (fits in a pocket.) I bought a short (6"?) charging cord later -- my only mistake there was it didn't sink in at the time that the ones Best Buy had came in both black and white -- I got the white; the black would look better with the battery. I bought this over a year ago and it still holds a great charge. It's small enough to fit in my pocket and it charges my phone and tablet faster than competitor battery banks. I used it sparingly at first but now I use it more often, especially when I travel as the GPS app can be a battery hog. Also useful for when the kids are using the tablet in the car. My recommendation: Buy this to help you get your device through the day for when you can really charge your phone/tablet.

Fast charging. Reliable power for more than 1 full charge. Have not used it enough to drain from initial charging of external battery. Good size can fit in a purse or pocket for the amount of charge it carries.

Lightweight makes it easy to carry. Fits in a pocket. Can get at least 2 full charges and then a little more. However, if you don't use it the charge does dissipate over a few days.

I bought this for gift because my friends phone constantly went dead and the other CHARGERS are so heavy. This one is light weight and will give him a full charge once for a Samsung S6.

This is a under priced gem. Stores enough power to charge your phone multiple times. The charger itself chargers fast and is easy to carry anywhere.

I purchased this product for my vacation to Las Vegas. I needed a battery backup for my phone that often goes dead when using the internet or taking too many pics. It did its job and then some. On the drive down I was unable to use a charging station to charge my phone, so it was almost dead and this product charged my phone and charged it quickly, within a few minutes. It is a great product!!!

I do a lot of hiking in areas that are off the grid and bicycle touring staying in rustic campgrounds. When an outlet is not available, my portable charger keeps my smart phone alive through the trip. My phone would not last through these trips without a recharge. It is compact and not too heavy at a time when weight matters, though lighter would be better.

Help me keep additional power on hand for my iPhone and my portable JCB speaker all time. What a great tool to have on a plane, car, park, beach, office, baseball park, boat, etc, etc. I love it. It help me to keep in touch when my iPhone battery drains. I use a lot my iPhone for work so my battery goes out when I need it most...Recommended!!!

This charger really works quickly & you can charge an almost dead iPhone to 100% twice before charging the charger. I'm just lucky I had the correct cables with me to use it as it does not come with any connectors & I have to use two different ones. One to connect to the iPhone & a different one to connect the charger to be charged.

I use this to charge samsung galaxy s6. I do not use phone while the portable charger is plugged in and charging my phone. When this portable charger is fully charged, I can charge my phone back up to 100% twice from 20%. This is the perfect size to have in pocket on-the-go.

I purchased this device in preparation for an expected hurricane. Fortunately it passed us. However I have been using my portable charger when I'm out and about. It seems to charge quicker than the traditional wall charger I can also get more than one charge to my phone from it before has to be recharged

Was looking for a lightweight pack to keep my phone charged for pictures while vacationing and this did the job very well. Charged my Samsung Galaxy S5 from dead on average 1.5x. I keep it on me most of the time now as a backup.

I bought this to keep it in my car in case of my cell phone running out of battery while away from home. It charges fast and recharges fast too. It can recharge my cell phone at least 2 times. Truly a Best Buy.

For the manageable price, its nice compact size and shape and ability to charge quick and get charged quick is a plus. I'd recommend it. I wish it had more power, but thats why it is only 5200. for what it is, it is great :)
