I did not think I would have lost my original lens cap. I eventually did lose it and this replacement cap came in handy, so that I would keep my lens professionally clean looking. Phew! I am in good hands.

Does a good job protecting my Nikon lens after I lost the original. Of course it did its real job in that I found the original after buying this one. Oh well, got one for my next lens now.

This cap does exactly what I need it to do, that is to protect the UV filter and optical glass of the lens.

The price was great and fit camera perfectly. Being able to go to my local best buy was beneficial in that I actually had a chance to make sure the cover would fit before purchase.

Purchased the lense cap prior to a trip to replace the original lense cap. Other than the product name missing off the cap, it functions and feels just like the original lense cap.

It seems that I am always losing lens caps for my Nikon camera. Best Buy has the best prices for a spare lens cap. Always have one in my camera bag.

It's a good cap, nothing special. I'd think it should cost under 5 dollars

Barely had my camera for a month and already lost my lens cap. Best Buy had one that fit - also purchased Insignia Lens Cap Holder so I don't lose this one.

This lens cap has served its purpose and protects my camera. I do wish that it stayed on a little better but can't beat the quality for the price. The cap does not easily come off but it also does not take too much outside force to break it loose.

This lens cap stated put! Other caps seem to fall off camera even when in storage/travel case however this cap remained on camera when needed.

While photographing a wedding I somehow lost my lens cap so I really needed something to replace the original. It has worked perfectly for me.

Fits the lens. Saved me money instead of buying at a full camera store. Just doesn't say "Nikon" (or "Canon," etc.), it satisfies the need.

I lost my lens cap while on vacation. I was so impressed to find a replacement. Fits great & looks as though it came with my camera.

Though it is a generic lens cap, it fits my camera snugly; not worries about it popping off.

Lost 2 of my lense caps and bought a couple of replacements
