Nice dual port car charger

I was looking around, and I found this one at my local Best Buy store. What I like about this charger is that it has dual ports, so that I power things that use USB-A cords. The price was good, and it works very well.

All of them are like this with a dome shaped insert end; older vehicle have flat cylindrical end. Why doesn't anybody sell any for other than new vehicles?? Not everybody can afford a new vehicle!
