Sharp picture, easy to use, download apps and navigate features

It's the perfect size for my living room. Picture quality is pretty good. Great value for the money.

The picture on this product is phenomenal! Especially for the price. You really can’t go wrong with this one!

This TV was sitting in the box for the first 7 months. When I started using it, I was initially pleased with the picture quality. However, over time black images on the tv appeared oddly pixelated. The remote initially didn’t work out of the box and I had to find instructions online on how to reset it and get it to work. Even after that, the power off feature did not work on the remote, I’ve always had to turn it off from the TV. Now the strange part about this tv is that it never seems to really power down. It’s always in a weird sleep mode, if I touch a button on the remote, it powers on. Before, I had turned off the voice commands, any time I had movement or sound in my room, it turned on. The ads and previews on the home page when connected to WiFi drains a lot of internet usage. In all my years of having the same cable provider I’ve never come close to hitting my max usage and I never knew I had one, until I started using this TV and I’ve owned other smart TVs. 3 months in a row I was charged $100 in overages by my cable provider. I then turned the WiFi off the tv and just used the cable box and I stopped maxing out my streaming usage. Now, I had learned to live with the oddities about the TV but then the worst of the worst happened today….. the TV screen appears to be going out across the top. Only after a year since the purchase date and about 7 months of actual usage. I’m beyond unhappy. I have 3 older model off brand flat screen TVs that I have had for over 11 years and they are still in great condition and I paid half the price for each of them. This is so disappointing.

I had this delivered & had no problems there. The guys were good & I could track when they would arrive. It was pretty easy to set up even though I had never set up a smart tv before. Very happy with the quality for the money. It’s not the newest tv on the market but has 4K & UHD. No camera. Has fire stick voice control. Very nice

I'm enjoying my upgrade because it has a much clearer picture than my other model an it was easy to install. The delivery guys was polite, courteous and made sure they explained everything to me. Thank you Best Buy.

I had this TV for almost a month and everything is great. The picture and sound is good. It great steaming and adding apps I don’t even require cable any more

At first I was a little skeptical because it’s an insignia—usually they are a third party product and usually aren’t great. Easy set up and once you learn how use the remote it’s super easy. And 4K looks AMAZING. It also plays Xbox perfectly and Netflix, and even xfinity. It’s perfect great quality and reccomend to anyone wanting to upgrade their tv to a new 4K tv.

Highly recommend low price high quality television easy to mount

I haven't had time to explore everything on this TV but what I have seen so far is impressive. I did not know how bad my old TV was until I got this new TV. At times, it almost seems like the TV performers are in 3D and I never had that with my old Sylvania TV.

Why spend $100's more on a big name when you can get everything the big name comes with for much less. This is my 2nd Insignia TV I've purchased. I also purchased a 65" LED 4K UHD TV a couple years ago. I've had zero issues with either set. If you're looking for a new smart TV, I definitely would encourage you to consider an Insignia brand TV.

I am Extremely satisfied with this particular T.V. as its the biggest ive ever owned and technology-wise its fairly advanced then what im used to, i can listen to Pandora, watch netflix, and i can even play crossyroad on it. Im used to smaller samsung tvs, so this insignia fire tv was a big game changer for me.

Awesome TV! I put it in my office. The video quality and sound our great. I've had it for a while now with no issues . I highly recommend this TV.

Love this product super easy to set up and use for me and my 7 year old daughter

It was a great TV until it was out. I think it lasted two years and now the back light went out! I loved my TV and I am looking for my paperwork to see if I bought the warrantee or just figured if it outlasted the warranty, that would be sufficient. I will find out!

I purchased this tv for my husband, and we both love it! The picture is very clear and it was easy to set up! The size is perfect for our family room.

Great tv... just don't lose the remote .although there is an app if wifi is changed can't do anything with remote.
