I’m watching TV one day and all of a sudden it stops, I get a error message to says out of internal storage. I go through this whole process of trying to figure out which apps I can delete so that I can continue to watch television. Looked at the TV online only to find out that this is a common issue. Called geek squad to see if what I was reading online was the truth. A technician came to my house(A week later) only to take a picture of the serial number that I already provided. The geek squad technician told me that it’s a common issue with this television and that he needed to order a motherboard to correct the problem. Told me he would be back next Friday to install the new motherboard. I got an email two days later stating that they had to cancel the upcoming appointment due to Covid. Although the price was reasonable, I wouldn’t suggest buying this TV. My suggestion is do some research or go ahead and spend the money and get a TV from a reputable brand.

It has a quick interface that’s allows you to navigate all the menu’s with ease. I like that the remote resembles my fire stick remote which helps me know which buttons to use. Would definitely recommend and will be getting something similar in the future.

If possible. It seems to have remote control issues, in the first week the remote just stopped working. After removing the batteries and leaving the TV off for an hour it started working again. It occasionally flickers with a remote control UPDATE IN PROGRESS screen. As I write this the TV has been stuck on this screen for about 20 minutes and counting.
