I love this brand! Clear picture and HD quality for a small price tag. In my opinion...better than my Samsung tv. Easy to set up...and I appreciated how the Best Buy workers brought my tv to me...to make sure it wasn't any damage.

Clear picture. TV works well. I’ve had it a while with no issues at all. It’s the perfect size for our deck where we all sit and watch TV after dinner. Easy to use. Not terribly heavy.

This TV is perfect for the subscriptions we use (Netflix and Hulu). Since it already had a firestick, we didn’t have to purchase another. The size and quality were great for the inexpensive price.

TV works and looks great, and got it on sale so the price was great. My gripe is almost no documentation on operations. Still not sure how to stream from computer to TV. When turning on it always comes up to 'home screen', took 2 weeks to figure out how to make cable the default input. Actually cable is still not 'default', only figured out how to turn on to 'last viewed input'.

Great value! Quality screen, fast connection to the internet, easy to use. Not sure I'm a fan of the remote control, but set up was easy!

The setup process was extremely simple. I was emailed a video after I purchased the tv that showed how to safely assemble the feet for this. I followed that video and was watching tv in only a few minutes. The picture quality and audio is amazing. Crisp and clear. My previous television was so old, I had no idea what I was actually missing. I watch movies and series from streaming services as well as play video games on all three of the newest systems. There is no doubt that I love my new upgrade. The voice remote makes jumping to different services and programs easier than ever. I’ve always been a fan of Alexa and this remote doesn’t disappoint. Would I recommend this tv? Yes, I 100% recommend this TV!

Great new TV. It’s responsive, easy to use, and has lots of good features. I replaced my Sony TV with this one, and honestly, I wasn’t expecting it to be as good, but for the price I decided to give it a try. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the picture quality and brightness, the response speed, and the ease of use. I’d say it’s least quality area is the sound, but I also bought a sound bar and woofer, so that took care of that. I would purchase it again. The mounting setup was pretty different from my Sony, so I needed to move the Mount on the wall lower, but that’s just an observation that I thought might be helpful, not a criticism.

Easy set up out of the box. Decent features and sound for lower end 55" tv. After set up, it took a LONG time to apply software updates and restart. It is great for the money and does exactly what we needed for our basement. We chose it as a replacement for a previous Insignia 55" tv that lasted quite a few years with heavy use. The first one did better than expected so we stuck with the same brand.

Flawless, easy setup. Clear, crisp picture. Great TV in this price point. Web-ordered, curbside pick-up worked!! Purchased a $30 tv mount on Amazon so didn’t use the TV legs.

I love the size and quality, just a couple problems, Disney plus does not work on the tv. Uninstalled and re installed and can not get past the profile page loading. And now, exactly a month since I bought the tv, it turns on, goes to the logo screen then shuts off, to redo this until I unplug the tv. I just got off the phone with insignia customer support and have to have a technician come out.

I'm a little bit on the fence here. I replaced an Insignia 1080P TV that was about ten years old with this newer 4K model. Is it a "transformative" experience? Definitely not. I get my content primarily from Dishnetwork and from Amazon prime. It is my understanding that these sources have more 4K content than cable, but little of what I watch seems much different wuth the higher resolution TV. It's certainly not a "wow". For a brief while I ran the two tv's side by side and here's what I noticed. 1) Much less obvious, what I'll call "banding" in night scenes. It's something that I always felt was from compression artifacts in night images that would look like bands of shading that were almost pixelated (rather than a smooth shading transition), in night skies and in dark rooms. That was annoying, and is now gone. The night scenes are definitely darker, and comparing the two side by side I was afraid I might find it hard to see the night scene action, but that does not seem to be a problem. 2) After a lot of tweaking I have a picture that looks natural to me under most broadcast conditions, but the newsroom personnel often look cartoonish. I don't know that a single profile can be right for all content, but this is close. 3) Side by side the colors on the old set were often stronger and brighter. No amount of tweaking could make these colors look like those, but I guess that's not necessarily a good thing? I never felt that the color was "over the top" on the old set, and wouldn't mind if the colors on the new set were brighter, but don't see anything wrong or feel like I'm missing anything when they are not side by side. So, for what it's worth, there you have it. Would a set that costs $1000 more than this be any better? I don't know.

We've been sold on Insignia TVs for years, so this one came as no surprise. Great price, great picture! The built in FireTv made it a snap to get set up...and I was able to move my fire stick to a bedroom TV - a plus. The only slight ding in my happiness is that some of the customization is no longer available - - for example I can't label the inputs like I used to, and the HDMI 1 that I have been able to rename on all the other TVs in the house as DirecTV will remain HDMI 1 on this TV forever. Little thing, yes. Does it bug me, yes. Will everybody get used to it, hopefully....

Got it home, unpacked, feet on it and set up fairly quickly. Love the picture quality. Even the OLD shows look better! Only one problem..it quit working today, June 2, 2021, just 37 days after purchasing through a Progressive Leasing plan. We purchased a 2 year service agreement, but we're not even out of the lease plan, let alone factory warranty! I will be contacting both Best Buy and Progressive in the morning. (It's 3:15 AM now.)

so far I love it watching my old shows like MASH on this thing is a game changer everyone looks too real ... its like I'm actually their on the set with them love the ability to steam Netflix and everything w/o and HDMI However, for some reason the remote stopped working one day but a quick call to customer service and they instructor me of the reset procedures and everything is working again now ... to avoid any electrical storms this time that killed my old TV

I really enjoy this TV!! I recently moved so I wasn't looking to spend too much money on a TV and for the price this is an EXCELLENT TV!!! I know Insignia is not the "best" brand but everything I have purchased from this brand has never let me down and this TV is no exception! Extremely easy to use and connect to Wi-Fi. You will need an Amazon account in order to download apps but that was not an issue for me. Easy set up, nice picture on screen and I like to think the speakers are very loud. Definitely recommend this TV!

I had an older Insignia TV for over 10 years with no major problems. I decided it was time for a new TV and went for another Insignia, without a doubt. The price was affordable. The picture on this TV is amazing, so clear, a huge upgrade from my old 1080p. If your looking for an upgrade from a 1080 without spending a fortune, go for this TV. You won't be disappointed. Also, really easy to set up. No need to get a separate roku or firestick.
