Our tv broke and my husband was looking online for the best deals on a new one. We found this tv with Black Friday pricing. We drove to Best Buy and an employee grabbed it for us, we paid and they loaded it into my car (a 55” tv fit in the trunk of my Civic). We got it home and it took less than 20 minutes to have it up and going with all of our services. I was so surprised at how easy it was to put together and set it up. It works very well and the picture is absolutely amazing. We are very happy with our purchase.

Excellent TV! Screen is perfect and non-reflective. Sound is just right for our living room. Fire TV operating system is easy to use and has plenty of services. Wi-Fi is weak - Fire TV technical support says the TV needs to be within 6 meters (20 feet) of the router. I installed a range extender near the TV set, and streaming is flawless. The price was within my tight budget. I love this TV!

I had been back and forth between the LG and Samsung 55-inch models. My son has an Insignia 50" 1080p model from 2 years ago and was really pleased with the picture. After looking at his and knowing I would purchase a 4K model, I went to the store and viewed it. I prefer a warmer picture instead of a brighter picture. For me the Insignia fit the bill. I have cable but it is great to have FireTV since my wife has an Amazon Prime account so that was a bonus. The price fit my budget and am happy with the purchase.

This tv does everything I need it to do. It links into my Amazon account easily. It features all the streaming apps that you need. It is a good value. The picture is good. It seems a little bright at times, but it is clear. Know the size you are getting. Overall, it’s a good value for a tv. It does everything you need without breaking the bank.

Excellent tv. Easily connects via Bluetooth has good visual quality. Only minor complaints are how wide the feet are from each other. I ultimately ended up mounting it because I didn't have a dresser wide enough to accommodate it. The speakers were well subpar I ultimately purchased a Bluetooth sound bar to enhance it and that worked out well. I have run into technical difficulties which may or may not be the tv. When utilizing its Bluetooth for my sound bar I have to make sure I have volume on my TV - like it cant be muted on the TV otherwise the audio will get out of sync for the Bluetooth speaker. I also am slightly annoyed that if I pause my show and after maybe 3 minuteish it will disconnect from the Bluetooth speaker. Also I don't like power save feature. I have tried to go into settings and adjust that and it doesn't seem to make a difference. If I pause and pop up to do something it doesn't take very long for it to go to the black screen then I have to rego back into the app>show I am watching to get it started again. Very minor annoyances but not enough to detract from the overall TV watching experience you get from this unit especially for the price.

This is a great set with a fantastic picture and sound to match. I have a Sharp, Samsung and Sony and this TV's picture is as good as they are and for a third of the price. Set up was a breeze. The Amazon Fire TV ecosystem is familiar and works very well. The remote is a bit sparse, but has the most important items. I especially like the button that provides a program guide with the off the air and cable TV app program listings offered together.

This tv has been a great addition. The picture is of good quality and the sound is decent. No real need for a sound bar. However, I have ordered a memory card for it because I keep getting messages about it not being enough memory. I’m hoping that will clear up the problem.

This is the first time in my life that I purchased a product with out seeing it in operation, first. The TV has a large and a very sharp picture. It functions easily. I have purchased Insignia products before and they have offered a long, dependable lifetime of service. I still have many features of the TV to explore. But so far, I am happy with my purchase and with the easy service of BestBuy.

Excellent value, nice quality TV for my guest room. Smart TV works great with all apps including Disney+ which struggles on my older Sony TV. Works great with wifi and the picture quality and sound are very good. Most bang for your buck in this price range.

Our old TV got damaged when we had a new roof put on. We bought this to replace it. What an upgrade. We were using a fire stick with our TV before and it had lots of leg time when we loaded Netflix or other streaming movies. This one is instantaneous. The picture is amazing and we Feel like we got a good deal for the money we paid. Love it! Also super easy to set up.

TV works great and looks clear but the only thing I have a complaint about is the remote control that came with the TV. It worked when it wanted to and when we tried to reprogram it that was the end of it working at all. I had to go buy a universal remote.
