For whatever reason the "hub" for amazon Fire disappears every now and again. In order to get it back I have to completely reboot the TV. Apps will come and go, sometimes disappearing all together. I'm going to give it another month, if it keeps acting up I'll bring it back for an exchange. Only reason I havent done that yet is because the TV is mounted to the wall.

The 4k videos are exceptional on this TV, sound is also great in this movie. Never had a problem connecting my account to the apps. Best buy also provided free apps like FUBO, Apple TV.

Awesome TV, just don't like Amazon Prime ads

Works great for watching TV and for 4k gaming at 60 FPS! I dislike Amazon for pushing Prime ads all the time, but once I downloaded the apps I need I never looked at the ads. Not gonna reduce the rating because of Amazon's misadventures.

Great TV but software needs changed!

However the TV turns off after 15 mins on pause or home screen. Then it started doing it while I was watching programs. I was on the phone for 1.5 hours trying everything. They sent out Geek Squad who couldn't figure it out either. They sent out a new TV. Now it's doing it after 14 minutes. I searched online and this has been going on for a long tmie. I'm not wanting another Insigna.
