Employees were quick and efficient. They were more than careful putting the tv in my car. 10/10 would recommend. The tv itself is great. huge, great picture and gets LOUD.

The price for this huge tv is unbeatable. The puny power cord it comes with is barely 4 feet.. it only weighs about 35lbs so rest easy sticking it up on the wall.

We fought purchasing a Smart TV for quite some time out of fear of not being tech savvy enough to operate one, but are extremely happy that we gave finally gave in. It's sleek in design and actually quite easy to use and the picture quality is great.

Backlight bleed is so bad. Worst I've ever seen on any budget panel of any type I've ever owned. Sound is decent minus not being able to sync with BT headphones, no matter how you adjust delay, always off. Could be a decent TV if QA on that backlight was better. Almost unwatchable in slightly dim and dark scenes or letterbox, no matter how adjusted.

No issues with the Fire TV. Installed without any problems. Took the place of an old Plasma TV. Love it for the game room for the Kids.

This was a great purchase. I have this brand tv in different sizes in my home and love them. It has great picture quality. I think I got a great tv for a low price, especially since I purchased it on sale.

Still glad I purchased this tv two years later. Would buy again.

This is a great tv, my only complaint is that i cant download the Spectrum App on it directly. That is who our cable provider is so would be nice to have that app directly on the tv, but other than that the TV is excellent.

Really good tv. Good picture good sound like the way it functions over the mainstream Roku televisions.

Nice picture but my volume goes down so low on some channels. I have it turned up to 32 and another channel I have to turn it down to 10. That is my only issue, the volume.

We have been happy with this tv. It is easy to navigate from Amazon, Netflix, Hulu and other subscriptions. My husband has been happy gaming on the TV.

Bought this on sale to replace an old Vizio 65" that was not a 4k display. Wanted something at least 55" but inexpensive as well. About what I expected. Nothing to write home about but looks better than my old 1080p TV. Had trouble setting up the wifi connection, unsure if it was the tv or my home network. Seen other reviews experiencing the same issue though.

I was so tired of fixing and figuring out why my Wife's Fire sticks were having issues. I was considering a FireCube. Than I saw a FireTV on Amazon. After researching, this makes way more sense. A 55in Fire TV for $250. No brainer. The cube is more than half the cost. I added a Mesh point to our WiFi and hard wired the TV. Not one bit of issue with connectivity. I am so happy with the purchase. I actually did a Store Pick Up and surprisingly the customer service and the associate who helped run it to our car was outstanding. *****

It have a high quality image specialy with Netflix, and the most beatiful is including alexa built in, i like it and will buy another one for sure

Works great with streaming of live sports and on demand show and movies. The built-in fire tv feature makes it worth so much more.

TV is fine and very comfortable pricing. Geek Squad installed and did a great job. Only complaint is my FIRE cube doesn't work with the TV. The remote allows me to change from HDMI 1 to 3 or vice-versa. I do wish one remote would work everything but that seems unavailable to me.

Affordable smart tv. Works well and with a small foot print you can set it on anything. Lightweight and hangs easily off any mount to the wall. WE love this TV and will purchase again if we need another.
