Other than that, great picture and sound.

Best Buy beat Amazon

Bought a Fire the and on a week it it just quit working. I had and am still having problems with Amazon refunding it. So after the next couple paychecks I called Best Buy and ordered a new one, They brought it and I knew that if there are problems I'll be able to go to their store and get it taken care of. As to Amazon, the few things I will buy from them will be under 51.00 because that will be disposable. Anything over that it's coming from a in person store, no emails or chats.
