The picture isn’t as sharp as we had hoped. The volume is okay. The size of the tv is good. It takes time to get used to the apps. Price was good and you get what you pay for

The apps are mostly all there and ones that aren't are easily installed. Nice picture but definitely needs a sound bar.

Not great for streaming

The picture is good and tv is fine; however, streaming using apps on the tv, the tv will buffer. We googled fixes and tried several things like clearing cache and downloading a bunch of other apps to try to get it to work properly. We finally gave up after hours of trying and will need to keep the cable box.

I love it! Does everything that I need!

Didn't want to buy something expensive, and thought this was a perfect choice for low risk (in case another accident happens). To my surprise both the brightness and clarity (the latter was more obvious since it is a 4K tv) were substantially better than the previous tv. It's one of those rare circumstances where i get the feeling that i got a lot more than what i paid for.
