We got this tv downstairs for the living area. I had already purchased a 65 inch for upstairs and was very impressed with the picture. This is my firdt time with this brand and I am impressed.

I got a lot of bang for my buck, that's for sure. The picture is clear and with the sound bar, the sound is great. I probably should have gotten the 65" TV but I'm happy with the 55" TV.

Really enjoy this tv. Works great no complaints . Good picture quality.

It has special functions and connects to Alexa quickly. The TV is 100% recommended.

One of the primary reasons we purchased a fire tv was to get rid of cable. The picture is good and tv is fine; however, streaming using apps on the tv, the tv will buffer. We googled fixes and tried several things like clearing cache and downloading a bunch of other apps to try to get it to work properly. We finally gave up after hours of trying and will need to keep the cable box.

Perfect both in quality and price. I first tried a Samsung and had to return it back to BestBuy same day.

So far so good, its a great little t.v. for guest room or garage. The apps are mostly all there and ones that aren't are easily installed. Nice picture but definitely needs a sound bar.

Great starter TV for kids. We got one for each bedroom so kids can play games and entertain friends.

This Insignia tv was a great purchase! I have bought three in the last two years and they’re such a great price. I would definitely recommend it. What a Best Buy bargain!

Great TV. The response is a little laggy... but it works well and does its job! It's got a "cool" setting where it times out and turns off, which is great when I want it off. Unfortunately, I can't seem to figure out how to shut off this "super cool" setting which is kind of annoying. The TV also has the mounting setup on the bottom half of the TV - which isn't a problem, but something I wish was noted before I bought it.

We bought this for our finished basement for watching football games. The picture isn’t as sharp as we had hoped. The volume is okay. The size of the tv is good. It takes time to get used to the apps. Price was good and you get what you pay for

Great picture, great sound. Size of the screen is perfect for the area it is in. Smart TV has all the apps you could need.

Good tv, reasonably priced tv. I compared this to a much more expensive tv I bought 8 years ago and this is way better. Much brighter and sharper picture. I like the user interface. No need for fire stick.

Works great and I like the little features that make it an improvement from previous models

One of the best choices for cost / benefit ratio in regards to tvs. Got it to replace a more expensive tv that my son crashed accidentally. Didn't want to buy something expensive, and thought this was a perfect choice for low risk (in case another accident happens). To my surprise both the brightness and clarity (the latter was more obvious since it is a 4K tv) were substantially better than the previous tv. It's one of those rare circumstances where i get the feeling that i got a lot more than what i paid for.

I think my pictures was awesome I would recommend this particular TV to anybody I never had a better TV in my days
