Open box means no remote???

There were finger prints on the screen and no remote. With these tvs you need a remote to do anything. This tv was still on store mode which took forever to figure out since the tv didn’t come with a manual nor a remote. The listing just said open box it failed to mention anything else. Had to drive back the next day to pick up remote to even use the tv.I gave it an average 4 stars because of the inconvenience Best Buy caused. The tv itself has a great picture and sound quality is legit. I wish I could change the brightness on days it hurts to look at bright light. Otherwise it’s good.

I picked this up for my 76 year old father to replace his tv that died on him. He really likes it. Especially like the simple Amazon Fire remote that is included.

I also appreciate the ethernet port because I prefer the line connection over WiFi when possible, and that's not always a standard feature.
