    This is an okay tv but it has its issues and even tho I had them come and switch the "motherboard" it's still doing the same crap as it did before

    Tv is glitching BAD, I may just have a faulty tv. Make sure you pay attention to picture quality when you set it up

    Bought this tv and it got delivered. It sat in the same spot since the delivery company delivered it. I bought it as a Christmas present for my girlfriend. I went to hook it up and the screen was cracked. Callled customer service and it was too late for a return (3 days) and i understand that I just asked for a discount, because I was going to buy the same one again and they told me I’m sorry can’t help.i was going to buy the same exact one just wanted a little help towards the price of the same tv.

    This is 3rd tv, returned 2 and this one has volume issues also. So tired of setting up all of these tvs. I will be adjusting the volume daily. No more insignia tvs for me!

    first time I ever bought one of these budget TVs and it wasn't worth the savings. The picture quality is terrible. I've spent hours trying to adjust it. thinking maybe it can be corrected. it's just going back to the store.

    I just bought this tv 3 weeks ago and now its crapped out on me.it wont pay movies., it wont detect my laptop, nothing... i can brouse movies but nothing shows up. I only had two weeks to return it and its already smoked. Is there anything i can do or do i just gotta trash it... thats crazy

    This tv is AWFUL. It just goes through the same updates over and over again and won’t do anything else. Won’t stay connected to the internet. And Best Buy customer service is THE WORST! 15 days for a return??? I just plugged it up today of course just after the 15 days…so now I’ve lost money on a garbage tv that apparently they “verified as working” but it absolutely DOES NOT WORK!!!

    I have had this tv just over a month! And there is a black line down the middle. Contactes best buy ..no help.. im stuck with this. It was a big purchase for me !!

    Purchased 5 months ago and now it has two black vertical lines down the left side of picture. Best Buy won’t do anything and I have contacted the manufacturer and can’t even get a call, text, or email back.

    One month past my return date I get a big discoloration spot on the screen and nothing I can do about it. A tv should last longer than a few months... will never buy one of these from Best Buy again!

    During setup, 10 minutes out ofvtge box the TV went black and stopped showing any picture, no way to reset or start over, very disappointed in this TV, going back to Best Buy tomorrow and hopingbthey make it right

    Don't buy this. I purchased this, then in two weeks vertical lines showed in the TV. Bestbuy exchanged it with a new one, and the exact same model, and then three weeks later, vertical lines showed again.

    Don't buy that TV. After 2 weeks a large vertical bar appeared on the screen. It's intermittent and not acceptable. No return possible after 2 wweeks as it would be at Amazon.com.
