like the picture quality, value for money, and ease of setup of the television. it has a stunning, clearer, and detailed picture, and is a great TV for watching regular programming.

This TV was bought at a fabulous price and I have two other TVs of the same brand and am pleased with both of them and the sale price I paid for each of them. The reason for the 3-star rating is only about the ordering and availability changing immediately after ordering. Instead of picking up in the town I live in (MD) was told it was only available in VA. I called the store in VA and they told me to come that evening. It wasn’t ready when I got there and was told (very politely and kindly) that the system was struggling to keep up with orders and notifications and to wait until I got another text-email alert to come pick up. After two trips to VA, I got the TV and it’s lovely. UPSIDE: EVERY employee I had contact with was kind, sympathetic and as helpful as possible. This was definitely not a matter of human error, but seemed to be an ordering-notification system glitch. Considering it was after Black Friday, it is all good, inconvenient, but no biggie in the end. Not a Karen here - just a detailed review!

Easy to use, light in weight. I have it mounted on a stand so I can take it outside to entertain on race days or football. Great picture!

Purchase for my mother because her TV was mostly blue color and everything we tried would not fix this issue. No issues at all thus far! Picture looks great! Easy to setup! However lacks a bit of Alexa control features we thought would be standard given it's a FireTV, but Alexa can't turn on or off the tv nor can she control the volume but she can start the smart features like Netflix and Disney+.

This TV is awesome. It has amazing Picture quality but I was really surprised at how good the sound is. It sounds like we are in a movie theatre in our living room and we did not buy any additional audio equipment. This is our first Smart TV and I did not know how I would feel about it but I love that we do not have to plug in anything other than our cable box and the DVD player. Being able to browse online between shows is pretty cool to.

I ablsolutely love this TV. It has all the apps that I like to use and the picture is GREAT. It was easy to set up and easy to use. I would a little nervous about buying at this low price point and if it wouild be a quality TV and it is!!!

This was an anniversary gift to my wife and she loves it. I also enjoy the size and absolutely beautiful picture this puts out. The resolution is grear and we love the fact that its an amazon fire tv as well so makes getting our apps from oir firesticks easy since we have an account and can sync it

I had a TCL 55" roku that was dropped on a move. I google searched anything from that TV to the "best value" in that category and size and found the Insignia. It was the #1 pick online and read several reviews before purchasing that overall seemed to support the rating. Now that I own one I have to agree. The picture is amazing and the sound options are so good that I was able to move my surround sound system into the living room because I no longer needed it. Just to be safe I also purchased the 2 year protection plan from Best Buy and speaking of Best Buy the process couldnt have been easier. I paid for it online and picked it up from the store an hour later after they texted me. There wasnt any confusion or lost order and they even helped me take it out to the car. I would recommend the TV to anyone and now Best Buy. Great combination and experience and will look there first when its time to put the man cave together.
