I bought this TV for my mom, and it has everything you could want. It has access to every streaming app available and of course automatically opens up in the Prime Fire hub which makes it convenient to access all. The remote is also easy to use with several of the services, such as Netflix, available with one push. The remote is also voice activated. The only drawback is having to switch inputs to go from the hub to the satellite which is via the HDMI Port, but once you get the hang of it, it isn't too much of a hassle. The picture is far better than expected for such a low price model, and the sound is surprisingly good. Overall, a really great buy at what was a very low price, especially if you only intend to watch it during evenings/weekends or such and not have it on 24/7 as perhaps you would if you are a high end gamer or the like.

I checked many tv's before I selected this one. I have had a a small Insignia a few years ago, that I had for over 10 years and when I gave it away it was still working. I love the picture on this 55inch tv and it is very easy to set up. Sound and everything else is just great. Glad I picked this one.

I got this to replace an identical model that was about 2 years old. To be completely fair, my children ran it at least 16 hours a day during the onset of COVID so it honestly held up well-ish. The backlight LEDs gave out from being over taxed, but 2 years is still a bit short on lifespan for a television. So I removed 1 star. The picture quality and the smart features are great and most of the settings are self explanative. Set up was quck and easy.

Perfect purchase. Amazing deal. I bought this 55 and 43 in TVs for $500. I have purchased 3 TVs from Best Buy and always recommend considering checking out there inventory first before making a final purchase out there.

I love the prdouct great colors and picture with a low price tag which is always helpful. I wouldnt pick a different tv. I have 4 other tvs 4k tvs in my home and all around i think this is the best of them all.

Very good economical replacement (was on sale) for much smaller screen TV used by a senior citizen. Good picture and satisfactory sound. WiFi streaming channels such as Prime work fine. The included remote is somewhat too small for the senior to use without difficulty, and the button icons are confusing to somewhat whose sight is compromised, although the Alexa remote access feature works fine for searching out a program. I would buy it again and recommend it when on sale.

Love this tv! It has great quality and it’s easy to use. Set up was a breeze and I plan to mount it on my wall. It does push Amazon prime content to the front but that’s expected given the product. No complaints at all for its price.

I ordered this TV and it came in on time. We installed it quickly and we are very happy with it. The picture is sharp and the sound is good. We bought it on a July 4th sale and got a good price on it also. We have been using it now for a few weeks and we are very satisfied.
