Purchased this on Black Friday, great TV. Exceptional value and quality all check the boxes. Replaced a family TV 52" not smart with this upgrade. Ease of use and ease of purchase at Best Buy drove up, they loaded in the back and done. Easy setup, no firestick needed or Apple TV. Highly recommended. Great picture!

The TV is very clear, came nicely boxed with easy to use instructions. Very user friendly! It took only a minute or two to load up all of the apps and features that came with it. I am glad I purchased this!

Great picture quality for a great price. Love the built in Amazon fire. We’ve always bought Sony tor LG but this television is just as good and at a much more affordable price point.

For a TV under $300, it's awesome. Good 4k picture and the Fire TV addition works very smoothly. It's very light as far as weight is concerned too if you want to mount this TV on the wall.

The TV is actually really amazing! Especially for it's price. Video games look absolutely spectacular and run extremely smooth. Connectivity and set up was easy and the picture is so great and spot on. I always test a TV for it's antenna strength and wow it's it fantastic, just with a basic HDMI antenna. The remote is easy to use and understand. My gripes are that I feel it's should have 4 HDMI ports or an added display port with the 3 existing ports. I feel this would add to showing the TV's capabilities and how great the graphics are. Lastly I wish the remote was just a touch bigger it's easy to lose. But my gripes aren't really anything bad just superficial stuff. Ok maybe the port isn't but that can be improved. But that's just my honest opinion

Great lightweight tv. Clear picture. Sound Quality not so great. The worst part about this tv is that there is no volume buttons so if you misplace the remote you cant adjust the volume or chage the channel. The tv also shuts off on its own after 15 min of inactivity which is annoying. Lastly when the tv goes on sleep mode there is an option to display custom photos however my tv came with pre uploaded family photos of someone named Michelle and her family. Its a good tv if you know how to work it and all of its features.

Great tv! Huge , bright, great color. Love it! No complaints on anything. Oh! The remote drains the battery like in a week. Called customer service they said it’s a common problem and sent me a new remote. No big deal. You can use your smart phone as a remote through the app, if that happens to you also!

This is my second Insignia tv...I moved so I wanted to get something larger and this is the perfect size for medium size living/family room. Was super easy to setup since fire tv is already installed. The picture is really good!

Bought this to replace my moms old tv that was having video and connection issues would of cost more to fix then replace. This tv was the perfect replacement. Its been a few month's and we have had no issues whatsoever and the picture looks amazing.

It was surprisingly light and easy to get into the house. It was easy to set up and program. It transferred all the settings from the other Amazon fire device in the house which made it easy. The only thing I don't like is that you can't set it to always turn on set to HDMI 1 or your desired input.

So far so good. It was a great price and a picture is fantastic. Couldn't pass up a 4K 55 inch television for $199.00. Nice clear picture 4K resolution works great.

Price was excellent, delivery was fast and FREE! Sadly, this TV is not compatible with the Spectrum TV streaming app. Also, I occasionally have to remove and reinsert the batteries on the remote control when it stops working.

For the price, 'Smart'ness, decent picture quality, ease of use and navigation, this TV gets a 5/5. Yes, the clarity is not up there with the more sophisticated more expensive TV's in the Samsung/LG $500/$600 category because of the lower colour capability, but I am very happy with this TV.
