It good price and reasonable, good quality and works great

The TV works well and has a nice picture. My reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the remote battery cover comes off easy, the remote is not very user friendly, and the TV home screen is quite complicated.

I bought this TV for a particular purpose. I serve two rural congregations where internet connections and options for TV connectivity are challenging. Since we only want to use it a couple of times a week this was an excellent buy. It is light, portable, and easily connected to computer and a "jetpack" for internet connectivity. And, the price was right for the use. Not using it as a regular TV I thought the use would be more limited than it is... but I was wrong. There is so much it can be used for. Last thing... set up was quick and easy.

My 4th Insignia TV, great size, sound and picture.

Love these fire TVs! Great picture and very easy to use. This is the 4th one I’ve purchased.

Perfect size for our living room and had high hopes because of the reviews and already owning a Insignia that isn’t a smart TV, but disappointment in the setup process. When we got the TV plugged in and ready to go, the remote would not pair. We spent an hour trying all the different reset tricks in the book. Called Insignia support and they told us to get a replacement remote. Tried that and it still didn’t work. Exchanged the TV for a new one of the same brand and got home in hopes it would work and spoiler alert: it did not. Called Insignia support again, tried more reset options and nothing worked. She gave me the option to try another remote again or choose a different TV option, bc it seems like there is a bad batch from the manufacturing line. We are exchanging it and getting a different brand, and not a FireTV. I’m not mad at Best Buy because they have been helpful, but this has been a frustrating and time consuming experience to say the least - our closest best buy is not close at all. I hope more people do not experience this batch and it is fixed.

Video quality is the best in the price range that this TV is in. Audio is relatively good. Overall the Insignia 4K TV is the best value for the money

Great value, sharp picture, easy to set up, pick up at Best Buy was easy Shmeezy.

Set up was not hard, the picture is very sharp and the adjustments are logical. The only reason for not getting 5 stars is that the TV starts up to the TV menu vs going to the video source connected (e.g. cable).
