Great TV for the price!!! We needed a replacement TV and this one works really well. A smart TV with Fire built in.

Great TV! Simple to set up, plug in and play! Of course I did have to put in usernames and passwords. Happy with picture and sound as well.

This TV is well worth the low price point at which it is offered. Naturally, some of the bells & whistles of the more expensive sets are missing. However it was easy to set up and a breeze to navigate.

Beautiful picture, easy to setup, sound quality is great.

All in all its a decent TV. It jad one issue but that was easily addressed by unplugging it for a couple minutes a d plugging it back in. Picture quality is good. Sound is crappy like most tvs so get a soundbar if u wanna hear quality sound

The FIRE TV took some getting used to after having had a ROKU TV for years. To me, it is difficult to navigate. You can't just SET the system to open up to one specific choice when you turn it on. You have to go in and pick what you want, like satellite, or streaming. If there is a way, I haven't found it. Overall, as far as color, clarity and sound, it's MUCH better than the last TV we had, that burnt out in only 8 months. I'll never purchase another TV from Sam's! One warning, if you have satellite, like DISH, and you don't upgrade to the HOPPER, the 4K flips around, like an old 3D movie. I can watch streaming all day long without issues, but not with DISH. Overall, except for the fact I wish I had purchased a LARGER screen, I like it.

Great picture, easy to operate and is a great replacement for my downstairs tv.

great deal ($300) for a 55 inch. Color as good as any of my previous higher price models , and much easier to set up with my internet.

I have always purchased Insignia tvs from Best Buy. They are easy to setup and have a nice picture. I am 70 years old and I like having all my tvs the same. I have purchased at least 10 of them in different sizes for 3 different homes. They all work great

This is the second time I have bought this model TV, I have bought multiple things using Best buy, and I have always had a great experience every time I purchase something from them. I highly recommend this TV, and anything else that you are thinking about purchasing from Best buy. Like the other TV I bought this one was also on sale and came with extras.

This TV works great. To hook it to the cable box and have it always come up on the cable box took a little digging through the menus. there is a youtube video that describes where this setting is hidden. Picture and sound are good for my wife and me. (We are in our sixties). If you are young and have good eyes and ears you may want to spend thousands for more resolution. I am sure Best Buy will be happy to accomodate you as well.
