The ordering process went smoothly. Pick up was a breeze and the associates were very helpful with helping me load it into my car. Once I got it home, set up instructions were easy to follow and within an hour we were enjoying our new TV. Clear Picture no adjustment needed. Very happy with purchase.

Great replacement for older LED TV.

I opted to go with one that had the Fire TV built in since I was already an Amazon Prime member. This TV is a great addition to a bedroom if you are looking to upgrade your older LED TV, or looking to replace one that is smaller.

It worked through the Disney+ app, but the Fire TV wouldn't connect, which is pretty much how you connect to anything. Our router is right next to it, so we were able to directly wire to it. My husband had read that this is a common problem, but a direct connection works great. Picture is great and we've had no problems since connecting directly to the router. Speed seems great. No buffering. We also have a digital antenna and it picked up more channels than our old TV did. I love that we can see the guide for the antenna channels too!

I have been buying Insignia TVs for years. Never had I had any issues with the TV or the picture. It might not be as high def as some brands, but the picture is very clear and the functionality of the TV is very reliable. I will continue to buy this brand TV.
