Image quality is good, set-up was seamless, and making changes via settings is fairly intuitive.

I'm a huge Insignia Fanboy. I've been buying Insignia brand products for years and never a had an issue. I was a bit hesitent in getting a "smart" tv because this set is for the parents. But getting over that, the setup was easy as pie and my parents love the bigger screen.

The tv surpassed my expectations in picture quality and sound for stock tv. Easy to navigate smart features and overall great buy for the price and quality

Where do I begin? I had a Sony Bravia just go blooey, and I have toddlers, so I had to run out real fast and get a new TV. I was initially skeptical. I literally looked for the cheapest TV that was 4k and had a gaming mode. I got this thing home and it was almost everything my previous TV was and MORE. It was more responsive, Amazon Alexa works AMAZINGLY, the menus are intuitive, and the setup was a breeze. I love the stand too because it's tall enough that I can fit my set-top box under it unlike with my Bravia. This is a FANTASTIC cheap TV. I encourage anybody who isn't going for OLED or any advanced features to give this thing a shot. If you don't like it, BestBuy's return policy has got you covered. I won't be returning mine though LOL

Good tv Affordable and picked at a reasonable price for a 55 inch screen. Great for sports and movies The sports are the reason why I bought the tv keep up the good work best buy is the best buy. I love best buy. Thanks

Picture is excellent and the Amazon features are not a clumsy as the prime video app and flows fantastic with "what to watch" options in other apps. The sound is a off and hooked it up to a SB and SS. Much better.

Tv is exactly what you expect for the price. Nothing over the type exciting, but extremely suitable and reliable 4K viewing. The viewing angles can make it hard to watch from the side, but if you’re viewing from the front you’ll be completely fine. If you don’t want to spend an arm and a leg, this can definitely get the job done.

I bought 2 the same day but different sizes. Love the clear picture! The sound is great. Going to buy a couple more to replace the ones in a couple rooms.

Great TV for the price. Picture and sound quality is great and I like the fire tv interface especially when it comes to searching (Alexa has been pretty good at pulling up what I want, slightly better than my experience with the fire stick). No complaints so far after a month.
