Have it for a month. No issues. Good picture. Easy set-up.

Image quality is good, set-up was seamless, and making changes via settings is fairly intuitive.

The picture quality is absolutely beautiful. Set-up did not take long at all. The remote is very easy to use. You do need to have an Amazon account to use this tv but you don’t have to be paying for Prime to use it. It also has an A/V plug in for VCR! That part made me the happiest.

Pretty solid tv. I ordered it with the purpose of watching shows and movies with buddies and everyone likes the picture quality and size. I also game on it which it has a game mode for. Got this for around 250.

The second TV of the same brand, no regrets, the first one was a 65" and was so good in terms of picture clarity that visitors would always as the brand.

I’ve bought 4 Insignia 55” before. This last one seems different. The stand was hard to screw in and plastic feels different. The picture quality also seems lower. I added all my apps and wanted to stream something but the videos would play in black and white (while the menus are in color).I tried everything I could think of but nothing fixed it. Later I found a few people discussing the same issue on BestBuy Forums. Per their suggestion I had to individually go through all inputs and reset all the picture settings which fixed it but picture quality is still lower than my previous TVs (even the one I bought 3 months ago and is 50ft away on same network with same apps). A bit disappointed with this last purchase. Sound quality is similar to past purchases and good. I never had to turn the volume higher than 40% to hear it 3 rooms away. Haven’t heard any noise when playing music on high volume but it’s not a professional sound bar. It’s good for a TV.

We purchased this TV not knowing we were getting a excellent tv. From the moment it came on I knew I bought the right one such a bright and clear picture. If i could i would of purchased 2 but I couldn't afford it. This tv is great

Sharp picture, perfect size for a smaller room and having Amazon Alexa built in is great. Many commands can be created from turning off/on the tv. Request a certain streaming service and more.

We purchased this because put prior TV stopped working one day. This was the exact model, but a newer version. I was hoping since it was more expensive it would have some updates, but it's basically the same exact TV with no changes. The picture quality is good. Sound quality would be better.
