Best Buy is awful, never buy from them

Never dropped followed all instructions and when turned on it , the next day, was cracked in top corner. Brought to return and was told no because I dropped it. Called customer service and they said store should take back, went back into store with customer service on phone and manager said "they don't know what they are talking about". Ended up with Insignia and took pictures of opened box having the tv in and out of it and traveling twice and it was deemed damaged by me. Now I have a broken tv I have to pay to get rid of. I will NEVER buy from Best Buy again or another Insignia TV. Customer Service, at the store, should be able to get negative stars with how rude they were at talking to me. I am unsure how all these people were able to determine I dropped the TV, but it just seems that is the policy as customer is always wrong and margins and sales matter most
