Great at first. Not so now

I have noticed that the picture moves like waves in the background. I thought it was 1 streaming chanel but as of yesterday its more than one. It is past my 30 day return window so not sure what i can do about it. Its not constantly doing it and i don't know what the manufacturers warantee is.

I have an old Insignia plasma tv and it works great and the picture quality is great too so I specifically bought this brand but.. the picture quality is weird at best. I've tried to adjust the settings and even looked on line for the best setting recommendations for this tv. Its still aight....kinda disappointed.. guess they dont make em like they used too.
