Bad choice picking Best Buy.

I wouldn’t know how the tv is to rate it because I still have not received the tv. It’s been nothing but a headache trying to get the television, when it should have been a simple process. I received the 32in within just a few days. Was told the 55” was getting delivered at the same time, then told the driver for FedEx had an emergency and it would be on another truck to be delivered. Asked if I could pick it up from the location that had them in stock near me, was told yes by customer support. Went to that location to pick it up, and once we got the television in the jeep, noticed it was a 43” and not even the correct brand. Was told that location sold out and they would have to set up to deliver it again. The gentleman at the counter that gave me the wrong television said it was set up to be delivered between the 16th-19th of December. Well It’s the 27th and I have received the television. It says on my order that both were delivered still from the first mistake. I have made over 13 calls and had chat agents also and I just keep getting told they are fixing it and I will receive the email confirmation for the delivery window with the date and time since it will need signed for. If someone could please let me know why this has been such a terrible experience for a gift that now is way late and at this point, I don’t even want the TV. Best Buy usually is pretty good with orders and when things are out of stock delivering them in a timely fashion. That’s why I chose to get both new tv’s from Best Buy, they wouldn’t price match and the gentleman said when I went to pick up that they will only price match their online deals to instore price matches, but the website explains their price matching much differently. Only added to the constant headache that this order has already been giving me. We went out two days before Christmas and got the same tv from target and paid $62.00 more than what I paid at Best Buy, but at least from target- I have the TV and it isn’t 30 days late in arriving. If someone could give me a call- I would more than appreciate it. I would like to get this finally handled from a supervisor that can take care of it and not tell me to wait on an email for the following info for delivery when clearly it hasn’t been shipped yet.
